What was stopping her from going out there and getting what she deserved? Nothing. She was going to leave and try to fix this. She didn't want to leave, but she didn't want to wallow in pity for the next few millennia. On the door of her cabin was a note, written in exquisite, curly handwriting.

Cleo couldn't even write her own name without getting frustrated and swearing up a storm in Patois, so of course the first thing she noticed was Alice's handwriting.
