got some tests coming up and want to be prepated for them + days are long on my courses lol

people used to do ceremonies for chars that turned 6th months old and assigned them a mentor
but that's all changed. im not aware of anyone that still does ceremonies. some dont even mess with the whole mentor / apprentice relationships anymore (besides Medic ranks). but people are definitely down for plotting such a relationship to teach the apprentice fighting, or whatever

anyways I had a perfect idea for ravelights getting his hawk (cause lmao haven't done that yet)!
I think it would be hilarious if he got a peregrine falcon and everybody, including him, would think it was just a baby hawk. But in like two weeks he would be like "Wait wtf this isn't growing" and realizing it was a peregrine falcon and be heartbroken lmao.
