    Maybe something where like there's a lot of new souls appearing so there's more anxious people than ever
    So the government starts killing them so they can come back confident
    But these ones actually just come back more of a wreck than they were the first time around

    And like each anxious person is assigned a 'guardian' (confident) person to protect them from the governmenf and help them grow accustomed to the world the best they can be in their first incarnation?

    Should there be like unlimited spots for the anxious people? Since there have been a lot of them appearing? And then maybe a limited amount of confident people? Or both unlimited or both limited?

    there should be some sort of limit so there aren't anxious ppl w/o guardians or vice versa

    i'd say somewhere between 6-8
    u could obvs add more if needed too
    it depends how many chars ur allowed per person like if ppl can make more than one there should be more than 6-8 but if ur putting a char limit u don't need 10

    i was just really busy today and i'm really tired lmao
    i had school and then straight after horse riding lessons and the lessons were so tiring oh my goodness
