Jace is a huge hardass on his sister but is really a big sweetheart to everyone else. He's known to a lot of people as "Captain Teddy Bear" because he's so soft on his dog. He loves to train and has for all his life. It's apparent in the dogs he trains that they are well-loved, but well-disciplined as well. He does have a slightly more mysterious or sad side to him if you really try to get to know him. He likes to shut himself off to anyone who wants to know him more.
History:
Jace was born into a military family, moved from place to place often. Both his mother and father were in the military and they were often deployed for most of his childhood. But he knew he had to join the family tradition of military work when his father was killed in combat and his mother became a single amputee. Many of his high school friends went into the military as well and he didn't want to feel alone.

He gets slightly over-eager sometimes, but he's just a puppy yet so he has a long way to go. He is very loving, but protective most times over just JJ and Sammy. Sometimes he gets too protective and may snap or bark, something Jace is working on with him.
Strengths:
Tandem has no problems coming at his call or going over many of the obstacles. He also heels with the best of them.
Weaknesses:
Tandem has a small fear of water, which is being worked on, but also his protectiveness can draw his attention away from the task at hand.
History:
He was bred to be a specialty dog for a small child with POTS but he proved to be untrainable in mobility aid and was then given to JJ with the rest of his litter. The girl with POTS thankfully got a gentle great dane from Jace to help her out.

Sammy is an outspoken person. She always strives to be on top, and has a major sense of competition with her brother to be better than him. She has a major competitive spirit and always wants to play games to win. She is loud and open, sometimes too open, but this has always made it hard for her to make friends. Her sense of competition drives many people away. But she still loves to get prettied up for the simplest of occasions.
History:
Her military family moved around constantly but her older brother was always the favorite. She always wanted to be better liked than him and before her father died in combat, she constantly got into fights with JJ, trying to prove herself. But when her brother joined, she knew she had to get into the military and be better than JJ if it was the only thing she could do. She had been sick of living in his shadow.

He's a very athletic but laid back dog. He has a lot to say as he is always barking or making some sort of noise. He loves to go running with Sammy and attack and play with Tandem. Dubs loves a good training session.
Strengths:
His athleticism makes it easy for him to be trained and he loves the jumps and ladders.
Weaknesses:
Dubs is also afraid of water. He also has separation anxiety from Sammy.
History:

Rochelle is a serious individual that likes to get things done quick but neat. Her hard line attitude tends to get her mistaken as cold or withdrawn. She is actually quite friendly to be around if a bit boisterous, cocky and flat out blunt. Once you're friends with her, Risky tends to be very protective and loyal towards you. Outside of friendship, romance wise, she is a charming kinda person who uses her looks and dorky jokes as flirting methods.
History:
Born in France, Rochelle lived a good seven years of her life in a small town within the country of france. her family moved to America near to her eighth birthday. Obviously, the awkward French kid was picked on ,however, she didn't take it like a wuss and would resort quickly to physical fighting. Many of the students learning quickly to not get on her bad side as her father had Risky take self-defense classes growing up to be of use for bullies and perverts. High school was much better as she made friends with ease and enjoyed her classes though she still got into fights. Risky decided not to attend college after HS but instead join the military. She underwent protocol training at age nineteen and finished by twenty-one. She had been doing operations since then and only after one incident that ended up with her hospitalized for a year did she transfer to the canine unit as trainer.

Chevalier is unnaturally calm for such a young dog which makes him suited to his work. He is quite loyal to the humans around him and easily warms up to everyone. He loves making people happy or feeling useful so he is always willing to please. however, he grows frightened being near other dogs ,male or female, which is his biggest problem. Puppies are not a problem but still the skittishness that he gets around other dogs his age proves to make him a hassle during group training.

History:
Chevalier was born in a litter of three other puppies. The owner of the mom and the pups was specifically breeding them for dog-fighting but the SPCA apprehended him before he could use the three pups in a cruel way. In the shelter, their mother ended up dying after a month due to kidney failure. Chevalier (Brody at the time) and his siblings, Ruby and Theo, were kept together thankfully and helped by staff until they were old enough to eat puppy food. Theo ended up getting adopted first to a nice family in Texas. Brody was adopted later by a man with two other large dogs. He had good intentions but he lacked a sort of watchfulness. The two other dogs tended to pick on him, shoving him and stepping on him intentionally. One of them went so far as to bite into his hind leg, breaking the bone and only when the puppy was screaming in pain and terror did the man step in. Broday was returned to the shelter, alone, as Ruby had been adopted as well. It just so happened that he was taken to a hospital to comfort other patients as a candidate for being a Therapy Dog. One of the people he was introduced to was Rochelle who also had a broken leg. The two hit it off like magic and the minute she was cleared for the canine unit did she adopted Brody, renaming him Chevalier.
