The brunette began to stroke their fur, staring at a random spot in her lap.

Fuji bit her hand fluffing up her fur.

She set the kittens down, faking a smile, "I'm just going to go for a walk, I'll be back soon, okay?" The brunette grabbed her phone, slipping it into the pocket of her jeans before she left the house.

Fuji ran after Evie mewing.
Lili ran into Christian's room and climbed onto the bed

The brunette breathed out, her breath visible in the cold night air. She glanced down at Fuji, smiling softly.

FUji shifted and said "You alright"

"Yeah, just tired I guess." Evie smiled again. The brunette furrowed her eyebrows as she looked at the front of their lawn. They had mail? She moved towards it, opening the post box to see a flower within. The flower was a dark purple, and it smelled familiar. She brought her nose to the petals, trying to pinpoint the scent. It smelled like...salt water?

Fuji watched. "What is it"

Evie furrowed her eyebrows on confusion, "I don't know, I've never seen it before." She trailed off, her eyelids suddenly feeling too heavy to keep open.

Fuji picked her up and walked to her room

The brunette tired to keep her eyes open, but her eyelids refused to comply, fluttering shut as the flower fell from her hand.

Fuji caught it. He laid Evie down and put the flower on her nightstand. He shifted and laid down on her bed

Evie's breathing slowed as she fell into a deep slumber.
