I made no comment throughout Ayo and Steven's entire conversation, and waved a goodbye to Steven as they out front. I listened as the rumbling of his car droned away into the distance, when Ayo came walking back into the house. I noticed she wasn't wearing the plugs anymore, btu again, I didn't speak about it. I did ask one thing though. "What did he mean by 'fun in the sheets'?" I asked innocently. I honestly wasn't aware of the meaning behind it.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][sub]I looked over at him when he spoke, raising one of my pierced eyebrows. I had momentarily forgot how innocent Kevin really was. No matter how mature he seemed, there was so many things he didn't know. "He meant mating. Usually humans do it in the bedroom and sometimes look like this when done." I motioned to my attire as I moved to go to my room. Had other things to work on aside of just work or educating him. As I passed by him, I went to my room and turned back around to face him. "You can come in here if you want. Myra is asleep and I have papers to write, so inprobably won't do a lot of talking, but I'm here if you want company." I told him before turning back around and going into my room. I sat with my back against the headboard, knees drawn, a binder and paper on my lap with a pencil in hand; my free hand pushing any loose hair behind my ear. His scent was far too inviting than i remembered. Just hours ago it knocked me off my feet, now it was pulling me in. What the hell?

"Company would be much appreciated," I answered dryly, following Ayo a few steps behind and taking a seat by the window, so that I could look outside while she worked. I was hoping that Branch had finished doing whatever he was doing and soon would be flying back, but I didn't see anything in the sky that looked like a dragon in flight. I sighed wistfully, folding my arms against the window sill and resting my head on top of them. Meanwhile, Ayo's scent began to fill my nostrils, and I couldn't help but fidget. What was happening?

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][sub]Fuck I did it again xD
//I mumbled about the paper I was writing, glancing every now and then at Kevin. His scent seemed calming, but it also made me want to jump him. I rubbed my fingers along the edge of the papers, returning my gaze to the work I needed to do, I couldn't afford another late paper. They were already too lenient with my assignments as is, I didn't want to take advantage of that. After what seemed like forever, i finally finished my assignments and set the binders to the side, rolling off my bed and stretching as I stood. "Well, my back hurts from sitting crunched like that for an hour and a half." I sighed, rubbing my lower back as I looked over at him. "You okay? You haven't moved from that spot in ages."
[/fancypost] -
"I'm ok, just lonely. I mean," and besides myself I blushed. It did not come out the way I wanted it to. "I'm just looking for Branch, in case he's flying back, though I doubt he'd be done foraging this early. I don't know. Today's been a weird, stressful day, so I'm just missing him a little more than I usually do, I guess." It took me some effort to keep myself from fidgeting, because now that Ayo had moved to my side, her scent was washing over me and making my body tick in unfamiliar ways. It was almost frightening, but a part of me wanted it, and I didn't understand why.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][sub]I sat across from him, pulling my knees to my chest. "There's a hammock out back if you wanna go lay on it. It's only eight anyways, I'm actually real shocked Myra is asleep. She's normally up till nine." I sighed, resting my chin on my knees. My eyes stayed outside, looking at the sky. "You know, sometime's I just sit here and look out the window and try and count the stars. Those are usually the days I'm struggling with things. Pawpaw told me when I was little ic I had to cry to look and count the stars. Sometimes I wish he had been able to live longer to come here with us, I felt like him and Grandma really did try and give me and my siblings something our parents couldn't." Speaking of my grandparents brought tears to my eyes, but I didn't cry. Not because I didn't want to, but I couldn't. "Pawpaw always said that things always start out real hard, but they get better as long as you work for it. He's the one that told me to keep doing what I love. I know at times he's watching over me and guiding me." I looked at him, eyes soft. I took a deep breath. "I like you, Kevin. More than I can explain, but it's going to be real hard and real slow to get a relationship off the ground. Do you think you can handle that?"
[/fancypost] -
I looked at Ayo with a resolved yet gentle expression. "I know I can," I said stoutly, emphasizing the 'know'. I didn't like to use the word 'think', as it only made things sound possible. Knowing I could do things made me sure that nothing could be obstacle to me. So if I had to go to the ends of the earth and back again, just to be with Ayo, then I would. "I'm starting to feel like Branch left for some reason other than his stomach," I told her, looking out the window again. "He wouldn't be out so long unless he was really hungry."

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][sub]I felt a sense of relief and hope when he said he could. It helped the nerves I had because I was taking a bigger leap of faith than he probably thought I was. I know he must be, after all he had only been in contact with humans again for almost twelve hours. Not even a full day. And yet so much has happened. "Perhaps that is true. Maybe he met up with Elliott? I have a feeling things after tonight are going to get difficult." My features were distant for a moment or two as I thought. "Pete wouldn't tell anyone about Elliott would he? Many people here don't take kindly to what they thought were fairy tales."
[/fancypost] -
"Pete knows better than to tell anyone about a big green dragon he lives in the woods, although I suppose he made an exception for Grace. I think he can trust her. As far as I'm concerned, everything that has transcended in the past twelve hours has felt pretty much like a fairy tale," I remarked with a laugh. "I don't feel the least bit scared about it. Not anymore, at least. Point is, nothing really is scary as it seems, once you get to know it. But, I don't know. People are strange, I guess." I shrugged, leaning back against the window sill.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][sub]I looked over at him and moved to sit with him, positioning him so I could sit in his embrace. I placed his arms around me and rested my hands on his arms, content with the way we were right. "I agree. People are strange. I trust Grace though, she'll take care of Pete. And my brother will take care of you both. And I will take care of you." I rested my head back on his shoulder, leaning peacefully into his chest. I could feel his muscle beneath his shirt and secretly couldn't help but admire the physically fit body he had.
[/fancypost] -
""Oh, stop, you're making me blush," I joked, but it wasn't at all serious as I held Ayo in my arms. Words couldn't express how happy I was to be together like this with her, and honestly, I didn't want it to end. And being close like this, there was something nagging at my mind to do something, but I didn't know. But my instincts did, and looking down at her tenderly, I bent my head down, and gently kissed her lips.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][sub]I laughed softly when his comment registered in my head. "I try." I lifted my shirt to scratch my stomach when I suddenly felt his lips on mine. My eyes grew wide as I registered what was happening, but instead of pulling away and freaking out like I normally would have, I embraced it and kissed him back. Remember, this was my first kiss, and he was the only person I had been with ever.
[/fancypost] -
Now, when I said the kiss was gentle, well, it did start out like that (that was the intention, I didn't want to scare Ayo). When she responded though, it did turn a little more passionate, but then, I don't think the two of us minded so much. At the back of my mind, I was kind of panicked that I was doing this completely wrong and there was some to be some other way to do it, but I couldn't think of any other way to express what I felt.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][sub]I slowly changed positions as we kissed, moving to straddle him. I didn't have anything else in mind but what we were doing. As the kiss grew passionate, my arms slithered around his shoulders and started playing with his white locks, pressing my body against his naturally. I didn't exactly know where the urge came from, but once it hit me, I couldn't help but get hot and heavy with him. I only feared what could happen after, but right now I obviously wasn't thinking of it.
[/fancypost] -
I somewhat gasped in surprise as Ayo moved so that her hips pressed against mine, but there was nowhere for it to escape: our lips were still planted firmly together, and I shivered besides myself as her arm slithered around my shoulders. I giggled a little when she started playing around with my white locks. "That tickles," I said breathlessly when we finally broke the kiss. That was definitely more heated than I had imagined, and I needed air.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][sub]A shiver ran down my spine at the feeling of his gasp, not that he could actually let it out or anything anyways. My lungs sucked in a deep breath when he pulled away, a huff of a laugh leaving me when he commented on me playing with his hair. I smiled as I pressed my forehead against his, panting softly as I looked at him. "Sorry, your hair is really soft." I giggled, still seated on his hips.
[/fancypost] -
"Really? I never thought it would be soft. I thought it'd be all messy and full of twigs," I said, both amused and surprised. I'd never had the privilege of a mirror, other than a pond to look into my reflection, and even then I'd never thought about my looks half the time. I never had a reason, too. I certainly did now, though. And Ayo's pressure against my hips was bringing some other things to mind as well. Slyly, I pushed my hands up through her shirt and along her stomach up to her chest, teasing her gently by deftly stroking and caressing her in the spots I instinctively knew would make her react positively.
