    [fancypost bgcolor=; border: none; width: 400px; color: black; text-align: justify;]pulling away, the blond slytherin gestures vaguely back toward the magnificent castle looming behind them. the air had gotten chillier and scorpius was beginning to shiver in his street clothes.
    "it's getting chilly out here. ready to go back inside?"[/fancypost]

    I nod. I turn towards the castle and we began to walk. I open the door getting a wave of warmth over me when I walked inside. It was time for dinner. So I said goodbye to scorpious before sitting down at the gryffndor dinner table

    [fancypost bgcolor=; border: none; width: 400px; color: black; text-align: justify;]muttering his own goodbye, scorpius separates from rose and sits down with his friends at the slytherin table. they exchange smug looks and the blond can almost see them trading money back in the common room later.
    instead of being honest, the sixth year acts innocent, his pale, wide eyes switching from one friend to the next.

    "We all know that you're dating Rose. We all know you have mixed feelings about her but she doesn't have that. It's clear to see she wants to be with you. Ur your. It sure if you want to be with her" someone said. "If you can't take the heat about saying a Weasley for a few weeks don't date her." His other friend said. They were trying to be as supportive as possible.

    [fancypost bgcolor=; border: none; width: 400px; color: black; text-align: justify;]he listened quietly, his mind racing. they weren't mad at him, but what surprised him more was the fact that they knew. had he really been that transparent the last couple weeks?
    as an answer to his friends' questions, scorpius nods his head.
    "yeah rose and i are dating now." he knew they were struggling a bit to be supportive for him because the blond had always been enemies with the redhead, so this was a bit of a shock.[/fancypost]

    They nod. "It's easy to see she likes you Malfoy and recently you don't look the same . I don't know to much about relationships or weasly but all I know is she seems upset." His friend said. "That's all ok gonna say"

    [fancypost bgcolor=; border: none; width: 400px; color: black; text-align: justify;]scorpius blinks a couple times, his eyes flicking to land on rose's red hair at the gryffindor table. a soft look comes into his eyes as he watches her laugh at someone one of her housemates said.
    "i never thought us arguing and having a feud would turn into something like this." a sound of amusement leaves his pink lips, something along the lines of a chuckle and a hum as he finally pulls his eyes away from rose.[/fancypost]

    "Yeah we get in.. sort of" his mates said. Rose picked at her food before pushing it away. She wasent really hungry. James came over and slid down next to his cousin. "Rose I heard you and a crafting blonde from slythrin are dating" he said smirking. "I wouldn't exactly call it that. I'm not sure if he wants to be with me at the moment" I respond quietly

    Looking back down at his food, Scorpius notes that it no longer looks very appetizing. Muttering a parting to his friends, the blond stands from his position at the Slytherin table and walks out of the Great Hall, resisting the urge to look behind him at Rose as he leaves.


    He's sick of staying in the common room all day, so instead of heading back to the dungeons Scorpius wanders through the large corridors, peeking into empty classrooms and stomping on the floor to make a loud echo ring through the empty corridors.

    I walk around the castle. I find Scorpious walking around and I take a breath. "I know you said you want to be with me and you don't care what people think.. but godamn*t malfoy I know you! I know you don't want this I can tell. If you don't want to be with me it's an easy few words to say. We can still be friends-" I say

    He jumps a bit at the sudden appearance of Rose, but Scorpius recovers quickly from the sudden shock of seeing her. Running his fingers through his messed-up blond locks, the Slytherin feels a growing agitation. Of course he wants to be with her, all he has to do is adjust. If she's not willing to wait a little for him than maybe they shouldn't be together.


    "Goddamn Rose I need to adjust. We went from arch-enemies to starstruck lovers in a couple months. You can't expect me to keep moving like we had been in love this whole time." Taking a deep breath, Scorpius closes his eyes. "Of course I want to be with you. You know I do. I just... I have to change my mindset, okay? It's still in the enemies settings and I'm trying hard to change it but the button is kind of stuck and I just..." Blowing out a loud sigh, the sixth year steps away a bit and rubs his face.

    I bite my lip. "Something tells me this is going to be way harder than it should be." I say quietly. "Let's forget about what happened these past few months. See other people. If we end up together we end up together. If we don't we don't" I say looking at him. "I'll see you around" I say giving him one last kiss on the cheek before leaving

    "Itllgive you time to change your mindset" I say to him running my fingers through my hair before waking down the gall

    His hands were gripped into fists as she walked away. His jaw was clenched as his pale eyes watched her fading form, tiny storm clouds forming in the cloudy colors of his eyes. But he didn't call out to stop her. Annoyance had gotten the best of him at this point, so he just turned and kept walking down the empty corridors, his anger brewing dangerously before dying down into saddened defeat.

    Rose sighed and went into the common room. She sat near the fire her eyes focused on the flames. it's alright. I think to myself. If you two want to be together it'll happen. Victorie came in "I pushed him to hard I think"I say softly sighing.

    He found himself at the edge of the Forbidden Forest. They didn't have any classes today, which Scorpius was thankful for, otherwise he wouldn't be able to focus. Taking the first couple steps into the dark woods, he hesitated before taking another step before starting up a steady pace of picking through the underbrush coating the damp landscape.

    Victorie just smiled "you two will be fine. Give it some time" she said win a smile patting my back and walking off. I went outside to practice qudditch with my team to get my mind off of it. "Ok guys slythrin game is on Wednesday we have to be ready. They've been practicing long and hard hours as have we." I say loudly

    Faintly hearing voices from the nearby Quidditch pitch, Scorpius turns and searches for the outline of the massive structure before continuing on, disinterested. He's sure he'll get lost at some point in the woods, but he has a good reputation among the centaurs so he's sure they wouldn't mind helping him back.

    I flew down after a few hours walking to the castle. I was stopped by a male student who took my arm. "Wanna i out for a drink sometime?" He asks. "'No I'd rather not" I say trying to pull my arm free

    Eventually he turns and begins to head in the general direction of the Hogwarts castle. Luckily he doesn't have to ask for the centaurs' help and he makes it out of the Forbidden Forest successfully. As he's walking back to the school, he hears a familiar voice and looks over to see Rose being grabbed by a boy. Without hesitating Scorpius runs over and slaps the boy's hand away.
    "Don't touch her!" He grits out, glaring angrily at the boy as he gently takes Rose into his arms. Turning to the redhead, there's concern painted across his fair features. "Are you alright?"

    "I'm fine, thank you" Rose says quietly. She's great film he had showed up. What would have happened if he hadent? She didn't want to think about that. "Why? Cmon Malfoy why shouldn't I?" The boy asks shoving scorpious.
