  • NAME: King Solomon (the semi-ironic name given to him by his people)
    AGE: 27
    GENDER: male
PERSONALITY: Bossy, arrogant, pretty d*mn full of himself, and can curse with the mouth of a sailor- after all, he IS the king, why not be? When he was younger, he was actually really kind and compassionate, but, after watching another tribe's king kill his father he lost all that, and realized it was kill or be killed. Lucky him.
WEAPON OF CHOICE: sword in each hand
    APPEARANCE:
OTHER: Dante is is first-mate. ;)

  • Jax was currently being dragged before the King himself, wearing armor and peasant clothing underneath since she had been fighting out in the field but a warrior had beaten her down. She had several gashes on her legs and arms, all bleeding through the armor as she was forced to kneel before King Solomon. "Its the princess, Your Highness. Disguised herself as a warrior to fight your men. At least 10 have died by her sword and bow." A huge man spoke up, tossing Jax to the ground before him. Her eyes narrowed in defiance and she said nothing, though there was a smug smirk on her full lips when she heard how many men she had taken down. She refused to look at Solomon, her jaw clenched and her eyes cold as she kneeled before him.

  • SOLOMON heard the men behind him and he just gave a little snort, about to tell them to leave him, to go find some women to trouble themselves with, before he heard the thudding of a prisoner on the ground, and he silenced himself, instead just smirking as he looked at the gold in front of him. Only after everything the Princess had done had been announced did he turn around, a long piece of hair flicking behind his shoulder before he raised an eyebrow. "Ten men, hm? Well, sweetheart..." he purred, smirk across his face. "You did VERY well for yourself. And, look at you. A little tiny girl, playing warrior for a day..." he added, voice a teasing hum before he rand a finger down the side of her face, giving her cheek a few pats a moment later and then standing, clapping the dirt off his hands. "Take her to the ships. We got what we wanted from this sh*thole, anyway."

  • Jaxx jerked her face away from his touch, glaring at him fiercely, tempted to bite his hand but refrained from doing so. "I'll gut you myself someday You're no King." Jax spat as she was roughly yanked to her feet, kicking out as she felt hands on her body. They had destroyed her home and her family, so she was more than angry as they dragged her away to the ships. She reluctantly dragged her feet along, making it difficult for her captor to bring her to the ship as she pulled and tugged back on her bonds and restraints. She yelped as she was suddenly tossed over the mans shoulders, squirming and thrashing as she spat at the men she passed by. Jax would kill them all given the chance, infuriated as they gazed upon her curvy yet toned body while she was taken into the prisoner cell of the ship.

  • "That's where you're wrong, sweet pea." he said with a snort, looking down at her for a long second before continuing. "I'm just as much a king as your big bad daddy. Or, wait. I'm actually a better one. Because I didn't get, you know... beaten." he finished with a snort before rolling his eyes and nodding to Dante. "Take her to the cell. Her parents will pay up for her. And, if they don't... Well, she's a pretty lass. She'll fetch a nice sum anywhere."

"Oy. Lass, keep it down, wouldja? Yer makin' it awful hard to carry yah..." DANTE grumbled, adjusting the girl on his shoulder slightly, his massive body more than enough to keep her in check. "If yah wiggle anymur, I just might drop yah. And that'd be no good... Yer's just a little thing..." he mumbled, more to himself than anything, before stepping onto the biggest ship around, clearly the Kings, what with its gold linings and big red sails, making absolutely no attempt to hide who it was. With that, he quickly shuffled down to the hold and, with just a small grunt, bent down and set her down in a cell, quickly scuttling out a second later and locking the door. "There yah go, girlie. Nobody's gunna getcher down here. No they aint. You'll be right and safe..."

  • Jax could hear the burly man talking, easing her struggling a bit as she realized he wasn't going to hurt her. He seemed fairly nice, in fact. She grunted as she was set down in the cell, scooting forward with her bound wrists held out. "At least cut my bonds before you go. It's only fair." She said quietly as she gazed at Dante, having heard his last words and was still wary of him but could begin to believe he would bring her no harm. The King, on the other hand, was a completely different story.

  • Dante looked at her for a long second, at her slender wrists, at how small she looked in the big cage, how pale she was compared to he and the rest of the sailors, and he almost pulled out his knife. However, though it took him a few seconds, he remembered his place after a second and shook his head, taking a step back from the cell, as if that would deter him from doing anything. "Sorry, Princess. I carn't... I carn't do that. His Herness would be mighty displeased if you got out er anything. And I wouldn't want to hert yah." he added before leaning against the wall, sitting down after a second and grinning. "But I'll keep watch over yer. I have duty tonight anyway. I'll make sure you're right safe."

  • Jax could see the hesitation in his eyes as she held her wrists out, looking weak but was much stronger than she was given credit for. "You're different than the rest of the brutes." She said with a slight pout as she leaned against the cell wall, tucking her knees to her chest and winced as the gashes stung and she let her legs stretch back out. "What's your name?" Jax asked curiously, moving closer to the bars so she could see him and talk to him easier with a little smile crossing her full lips. Even though she was a prisoner and knew she should despise anyone in this ship, she found herself liking this pirates attitude towards her.

  • "Dante." he responded with a wide grin, proudly boasting a mouth that might have been missing a few teeth in the back, and had one metal one right off the front, to the side on the right, each gap another story he had to tell. "And they ain't all brutes, girlie. The King... His Herness is quite powerful. He protected all erve us.... Keeps us safe. Just like I's keepin' yah." he said with a smirk before noticing her wincing and frowning. "Ah... Didja get hert, girlie?" he asked, concern in his voice.

  • Jax offered a little smile as she learned his name, sitting back once more as her arms pressed on her sides to stop the bleeding. "Hmph." She shook her head at hearing the King was harmless, not wanting to believe it was true, especially in her current state. "I'll be alright.. Just a couple cuts here and there." She said as Dante asked if she was okay, glancing down at the cuts on her arms and legs, pressing her full lips together. They stung horribly, but she figured that she wouldn't be receiving any medical help so she didn't feel like wasting her energy on complaining.

  • "Ah, no. That's not right. We're people too, girl. We don't want you to die..." he grumbled, standing up once again and lumbering off down the dark hallway, coming back after a minute or two with a rag, a bottle of liquor, and a little bowl of water. "Here. Come closer. Or you can take this." he murmured after a second, remembering that she probably didn't trust him. "We don't want you to DIE, girl. We're good guests, I swear it..." he said, slipping the materials through the bars a second later, that same grin across his face. "Take care of yer self."

  • Jax raised an eyebrow at his words, surprised that she would actually be helped here on this ship. "i need help taking my armor off, you know.. I can't exactly take it off with my hands bound." She said as she moved closer to grasp the bowl and the rags, again offering her wrists up to Dante. "I swear i won't do anything." She promised, speaking the truth. Although she wasn't going to do anything while Dante was on shift, that was for sure, He was too kind in her eyes.

  • Dante looked at her for a long second, looking around a second later, nervous that someone would see him, before he walked over and started fumbling with the knots around her wrist, pulling the cloth off after a second. "There. But be quick, alrighty? Becaurse I know whatcher doin', but if some other guard sees you they might get the wrong idea, and we won't be wantin' that." he grumbled, giving a little nod and stepping back a second later. "But make yerself good. We don't wantchya bleeding' nowhere."

  • Jax smiled slightly as he took her bonds off, rubbing her wrists before sliding her armor off with a little sigh of relief. She glanced around, grasping the cloth and dipped it in the alcohol as she slid her clothes up with a wince and whimper since the blood had made the fabric stick to her skin. The cuts were deep and jagged, her breath short as she began to clean her wounds out. Jax had to slide her pants up to get to the gash on her leg, her muscles toned and perfect as she wiped the wound. "Thank you, Dante.." She murmured quietly, looking at the massive man as she dipped the rags in the alcohol again.

  • The second Dante realized she was ACTUALLY taking her clothes off to start mopping at her wounds he gave an embarrassed grunt and turned to the side, shutting one eye in order to give her privacy. "Of course, girlie. If the King wants to sell yer back, there'd only be bad things for me if I went and let you dih." he said with a little grin, shooting her a smile before remembering she was naked and quickly stumbling further along, cheeks flushing red. "Wouldja like me to getcher a towel or somethin'? For yer privacy?" he asked softly.

  • Jax could feel her cheeks slightly color as she noticed Dante turning away to avoid seeing her bare skin, feeling embarrassed as she turned away from him slightly. "Ah.. That would be nice, thank you." She murmured quietly, a lot more calm now that she was dealing with more pain and the fact that she was nearly naked. It would allow her to fully clean her wounds as well, since there were a couple nicks on her side as well from not paying attention. The atmosphere put her on edge as she looked around the corner of the jail cell, glad Dante was so respectable and was giving her her privacy rather than taking advantage.

  • "I, er... Yes. I'll find yer a blanket, dontchye worry, girlie. I'll be right back. Just a minute. Maybe three." he said before stumbling off, more than a little embarrassed at the whole naked-princess-in-his-cell thing. It took him a little longer than he thought to actually find the cloth, mostly because he lost time early on stumbling around and muttering something dodgy to every person he saw, nervous they'd question what he was doing, but he eventually made it back, sheet in hand. "Here, girl." he huffed, holding it out, unsure what to do with it. "Wouldjer like it? Or should I hold it er somethin'?"

  • Jax pressed her lips together as Dante said he would go get a blanket, rising to her feet as she washed the rag out in the bowl of water, watching the blood dirty the clean water. She took the time that he was gone to see if there were any weak links or bars in the cell, hurriedly looking around and stopped as she heard his heavy footsteps coming back to the cell. She stepped back as he approached, eyes gazing around the corner once more. "If you could hold it that would be better." Jax said smoothly, turning her back to him as she began to slide her shirt off her upper torso, wincing as it again clung to the dried blood on her sides.

  • ooc: sorry for the inactivity! I have practice twice a day, and both times its about 3-5 hours. So I'll have inactive periods

Dante, thick as he was, noticed her shaking at the bars and he just kind of dropped the blanket, not on the floor, just lower in his hands, giving a defeated huff before shaking his head. "You shouldn't be doin' that, girlie. If yah get out yah'd meet some right nasty fellers with swords and daggahs and the works. And they won't be as forgivin' as I am." he said before looking at the sheet and risihgin on his tiptoes, just kind of draping it around the cell by slamming it on the hooks around it, creating an effective little curtain. "Now wash up, girl. I need to put yer bindin's back on. Make sure yer secure."
