    It's early greenleaf, and the leaves are a wonderful green. With wide eyes, you watch a leaf fall onto your nose. Sneezing, you watch the breeze carry it away. Crouching down, you wiggle your haunches before pouncing after it. Laughing, you leap up, your claws outstretched. Grabbing it, you roll over, chuckling. Suddenly, a bush moves, and you jump, clearly scared.
    A figure moves out of the bushes, chuckling softly. [b]"Usually no one notices my sneaking. Good work, kittypet."

    When he says "kittypet," your heart sinks. [i]These are the Clan cats that eat cats like me!

    As if he read your mind, the ginger pelted tom laughed, looking at you. "We don't eat cats. That's some silly myth." Pausing for a moment, he continued. "But, you are trespassing on my Clan's territory. Because of that, you'll have to come with me."
    When he bounds into the bushes, you shake your head, but follow him. When he stops, you are startled, but he just rolls his eyes. "I almost forgot! My name is Lionstar, leader of CedarClan. Pleased to meet you."

    CedarClan is a group of cats that live in a part of the forest that is primarily deciduous woodland. The founding leader, Cedarstar, got his name from how many cedar trees were in the forest so by extension, the name was thought to be given to the Clan.

    •CedarClan's camp is well protected by the side of a cliff, and surrounded by a thorn barrier.
    •The Greenleaf Twolegplace is the part of land that was given to ShadeClan until CedarClan fought for it back.
    •The Abandoned Twoleg Nest is where herbs and prey thrive here, though it has an ominous feeling inside.
    •The Sky Cedar is an ancient cedar where squirrels love to call home. It also has an old rabbit burrow inside. •It is where CedarClan apprentices practice their climbing skills.
    •The Old Thunderpath is marked with blue Twoleg markers, cats often stay away from this road.
    •The Training Hollow is an sandy hollow.
    •CedarClan lives by a lake, like the other Clans. CedarClan has the north-eastern portion of the lake.




    At the bottom of an old cliff, this camp is very well protected. The walls around the camp are smooth, indicating Twolegs cut this place moons ago. The cliffs also help keep out the wind. A thorn barrier guards the camp; any cat that wants to come in has to get past. A ledge peeks out from the cliff. That is the Highledge where the leader speaks. A cave near the top is the leader's den. The apprentice's den is also a cave in the rocks while the warrior den is under a big thornbush. The medicine cat's den is another cave, but this time hidden by bramble tendrils. Like the previous camp, the nursery is highly guarded, and under a big bramble thicket reinforced with thick roots woven together for protection. Lastly, the elder's den is in a hazel bush,[19] and later rebuilt under the boughs of a beech tree and reinforced with honeysuckle.

    7. You may have however many cats you want, but please keep count of them.
    8. This is a semi-advanced roleplay, so please try to get a minimum of one paragraph (five sentences). If you have many characters, you can shrink it down to three sentences. PLEASE, NO ONE LINERS!
    9. No killing cats without talking to the owner of the cat first.
    10. No talking on the Sign-Up thread! There is a Chat & Plot thread for that!
    11. No making plots without me knowing.
    12. No cursing, there could be young children on here! Only warrior cursing is allowed.
    13. Fade in/out with inappropriate scenes.
    14. If you have read this far, put your favorite warrior cat in the Other section of your form.
    15. Any activity for more than 1 or 2 weeks without me knowing will make me have to put up yours cats for adoption, or put them as "Missing."
    16. Medicine cats may not have mates and kits.
    17. Straight cats only, please. I have nothing against homosexual people! This is for the books, and because it is easier for everyone.
    18. No arguing in OOC, so if you need to, please do it somewhere else.
    19. You may have wild cats, such as Bengals and Sand cats, but no panthers, leopards, etc.
    20. Only one high position per person!
    21. I will be adding new rules, so watch out!




    The Warrior Code:
    1. Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle.
    2. Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory.
    3. Elders, queens, and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders. If any warrior or apprentice is sick or injured, they may eat while the elders, queens, and kits are eating.
    4. Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to StarClan for its life.
    5. A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.
    6. Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name.
    7. A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.
    8. The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies, retires or is exiled.
    9. After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh.
    10. A Gathering of all four Clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among Clans at this time.
    11. Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats.
    12. No warrior can neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if the kit is from a different Clan.
    13. The word of the Clan Leader is the warrior code.
    14. An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win his/her battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or if it is necessary for self-defense.
    15. A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet.
    16. Each Clan has the right to be proud and independent, but in times of trouble they must forget their boundaries and fight side by side to protect the four. Each Clan must help the others so that no Clan will fall.

    Volepaw was frantically searching through a few herbs. He needed to see if he needed anymore before his mentor noticed. That way, he could see his mate before he went to search for the herbs that were needed. Just need some honey.. but I hate bees! He thought bitterly before sighing. They had to have honey, just in case a cat had a sore throat. Cleaning him self, the medicine cat apprentice slipped out of the medicine cat den, before grabbing a scrawny mouse from the freshkill pile.




    Birchfoot stretched out her nest, her claws flexing out. Her nose twitched before she padded out of the warrior den. She looked up at Lionstar, with a soft smile at the rather large tom. [/fancypost]

    Rushlight padded into camp. He was holding a heavy-looking dock leaf. Quickly rushing past Volepaw, the medicine cat cleared some space beside his herb storage and dropped it. Honey spilled everywhere. "Storing honey is so hard." he grunted. Rushlight then remembered seeing Volepaw on the way in. Oh. Better go talk to him. Padding back out, he padded over to his apprentice and the scrawny mouse. "Good morning, Volepaw. You seem in a rush." he mewed. Recently, Rushlight had been observant to suspicious behaviour from his apprentice. One day he'd find out why he rushed his training. It wasn't good.

    Rushlight narrowed his green eyes. "Volepaw." he said in his warning tone. This is the end of the line. "You've got training, and I already noticed we had no honey. I just restocked. But please, by all means. If you want to ignore all the work and training you've got to do by slacking off with some other apprentice, then go ahead." he mewed sarcastically, sitting himself down and curling his tail around his paws. Rushlight did not look impressed. He cared for Volepaw like a mentor should, and the fact that Volepaw seemed to want to avoid him hurt his feelings.[/fancypost][/fancypost][/fancypost]

    Tawnypaw yawned, the faint sunlight that peeped through the den glinting off her teeth. Smacking her teeth together, she rose gently. She kneaded her paw, each claw sliding out and engraving the ground with her imprints. As she strolled out she stopped just for a moment to stretch, her back arching. As a shiver feel down her spine, her fur stood on end- making her even fluffier.


    Sparrowflight was already out and up as his daughter slinked out of her den, and a deep chuckle emerged from his dark mouth as he watched her fur go static. Every aspect of her reminded him of her mother, who had died moons ago. Even the way she grinned across the camp at him. Sparrowflight returned her smile before ducking his head and looking away. He could bare it, but he was choosing not to

    As he drew near where they were supposed to meet, he heard a bellow. Panicked by the noise, he ran as fast as his legs would carry him, only to be shocked at what he saw. No! With a loud yowl, Volepaw pushed Thistlepaw out of the way, feeling the badger jaws clench down on on his front paw. Hissing with agitation, Volepaw leaped put of the way, as the badger snapped again. Surprisingly, the medicine cat apprentice leaped onto the badger, and gripped his scruff in an attempt to stun the beast. The badger bucked skiing Volepaw off. Volepaw grunted in pain as he hit the ground, rolling into a tree. Standing to shaky paws, he limped as fast as he could before leaping at the badgers throat, before he had a chance to get to Thistlepaw. The badger bellowed in pain, thrashing around and shaking Volepaw off. Once again, Volepaw stood, but he looked terribly weak. He fluffed up his pelt and swipped at the badger. Giving up, the badger realized he wasn't going to get the meal he had intended on, he ran off into the forest. Volepaw watched him leave before collapsing, in terrible pain. There was no way that he'd let anything happen to Thistlepaw, even if it would cost him his life. He looked over towards Thistlepaw before drifting in and out of consciousness, whining in pain.




    Just so anyone doesn't think that I'm powerplaying, this is a young lone badger, so he isn't that large. He didn't die either, he just gave up.))[/fancypost]

    Shadowfoot hissed in pain as she began to feel the worst feeling. Gripping the nest with her claws she had a pained look in her eyes.*timeskip*. Once the kitting was finished, Shadowfoot had lost a lot of blood, her two kits were searching for a warmth they wouldn't find.(they need another queen to feed from) Licking her kits a final time, it was like she fell asleep but never woke.




    The tom was too tired to even think about what she had said. Once they got to camp, Volepaw finally realized what the she cat bad said. He grunted, before he slipped into unconsciousness.[/fancypost]
