Trainingwheels was on her own. Her mom wasn't around half the time anyway. She bad lost all her friends, and she was trying to start over. The fennec fox wasn't exactly the most fearsome animal in the world, but she wasn't helpless either. So her days spent all alone weren't full of battles or anything exciting. She simply existed and tried to get to the next day. Until she stumbled upon RiverClan. Quite literally. She was walking along and didn't see the rock in her path. So, the little thing fell flat on her face. Regaining her composure, she stood back up and kept walking. Trainingwheels stopped dead in her tracks when she realized she had lost her teddy bear. The bear had been her only good company for about a year. She couldn't go on with out it. Spinning around, she noticed a furry leg sticking out of a hole. There you are She thought, racing over. She gripped the teddy in her jaws and pulled. The thing was stuck. "Can anyone help me?" She asked faintly, not expecting an answer.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; width:500px;][justify][font=arial][size=9pt]"Uhm," was apparently all Hazelstep had to say. Much like Trainingwheels hadn't expected an answer, Hazelstep hadn't expected a tiny fox with huge ears trying to pull a stuffed animal out of a hole. "Um. Name and business?" the Riverguard asked hesitantly, squinting at the new animal. Should she help her? Probably, but... wouldn't that be weird? It sounded weird.

Yanking at the toy, she slumped back, only to jump our of her skin from hearing a voice. Her ears could pick up sounds from very far away and very faint so hearing a normal volume voice scared the young fox. "Oh, um... T-Trainingwheels. And, um, joining?" She said quietly, making a line in the dirt she stood on. "Also, could you help me?" She added, tilting her head a bit after she spoke.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; width:500px;][justify][font=arial][size=9pt]"...Well, welcome to RiverClan, Trainingwheels!" purred Hazelstep, trying to sound as friendly as possible. She hesitated for a moment before padding forward and giving the plush material a soft tug. With cotton clouding up her mouth, she mumbled, "Wanp a toower?"

Trainingwheels was grateful the first person she met was nice. She had an issue dealing with those who strayed away from the nice and sweet category. She just couldn't stand up for herself. "Oh, thank you! And, uh, what was that?" She said, smiling giant ear to giant ear. She was quite confused as to what the feline said with the teddy bear in her mouth, and she didn't want to assume and get it wrong.
