Introduction
[size=9pt]As you walk through a forest, your thoughts wander. How'd I get here? Where am I? Palm trees and other trees are scattered around the sandy clearing, and you stop to stare in awe. Padding over to the beautiful blue and green water, you put a paw in. Moving it around as ripples appear, you smile to yourself. Taking the paw out, you shake it, unaware of the chuckling behind you.
Jumping as you hear a branch crack, you whip around. Standing in front of you is a tom, who is laughing, yet smiling at you. "Don't you know you can drink salt water?" Shaking your head, you were about to reply when he cut you off. "Nevermind that. You are on IslandClan territory, and I will have to take you in." Frowning, you follow him into a camp, blinking as many cats turn their heads to stare at you. Blushing out of nervousness, the tom just chuckles again, and his tail swishes against the cool sand. "Welcome to IslandClan camp. I am one of the leaders, Sharkstar."[/size]

History
[size=9pt]IslandClan was created by a tom named Island. He had lived with his owner in a ship near the islands, but it had capsized in a horrible storm. The tom had swam to the islands, known as the "Galápagos Islands," with volcanoes covering the surface. He had passed out, and he woke up to find a beautiful she-cat above him named Shell. Befriending her, they looked for more cats that lived on the island, or had been abandoned. Over time, they had grown closer, and became mates. Soon, once their group was bigger, Shell found she was pregnant with Island's kits. Overjoyed, the couple decided to settle in their new camp. While Shell was pregnant, Island lead the group, helping make dens and finding out the territory. A couple of moons later, the Clan was created. Shell wanted to name it IslandClan after her mate, but Island disagreed. After long arguments, the Clan was named IslandClan. But later that week, Shell went into labor. When giving birth, she had passed out, and woken up in a starry clearing. An ancestor from the Island told her to tell Island that they would be leaders, and told them what to do. Shell became Shellstar, and Island had become Islandstar.
Waking up, the she-cat had given birth to three amazing kits. Sadly, two of them were too weak, but a tom survived. Shellstar told Islandstar about what the starry cat had told her, and they decided to name all the cats the way their ancestor did. Naming the kit Sharkkit, they lived a long life, until they died peacefully in their sleep.[/size]

Beliefs
[size=9pt]IslandClan believes in a good and a bad force, like all other Clans. The good force is called Sky Runners. They believe they run across the sky, making it move. The bad force is called Sand Runners. They believe they make the Earth move. There is one they don't mention much, but it is still worshipped. It is called the Ocean Runners. They believe that's what makes the tide go in and out, and the waves move in the ocean.[/size]

Traditions
[size=9pt]The IslandClanners have a holiday called "Vacation," where they get to take a break from all the stress and work for three days. This happens around Greenleaf, in the summer.
On every Full Moon, they celebrate the Sky Runners and Ocean Runners, giving them offerings of food and singing or doing a play. The play is usually something that happened in the past, and the singing is usually something exciting.
When a Clanmate dies, the Clan mourns for a night, not speaking the whole time. When dawn arrives, they carry the body out to the ocean, and let it float away. They believe the Ocean Runners will take the cat, and let it stay with them until the Sky Runners come to get them.[/size]

He is very patient, and loves all of his Clanmates, even the bad ones. The tom is very forgiving, even if someone hurt him or his Clan. Sharkstar is very funny, cracking a joke now and then, and is trustworthy, someone you should go to if you are having troubles.

She had been traveling out for herbs when she found him, and instantly has a crush. Soon, Lukas expressed his feelings for her after they saw each other multiple times after that. After she confessed she loved him, they became mates. The next day, Copperpaw became Copperfoot, but still went to go over to her mate. One night she found out she was pregnant, and they were overjoyed. But she realized she couldn't have kits with him, because people would question the father. Once she gave birth, she gave them to Lukas, who took care of them. She went to go visit him and their kits, but he never came out. She thinks they moved, but Lukas died from a sickness, and the kit's do not know that Copperfoot is their mother.

Other» Halfface's former mate and kits; Brindleheart, Dapplekit and Reedkit, were all killed by an Orca, and when Halfface tried to save them, he was injured in the process, giving him his scar and the name of Halfface. He still mourns the loss of his true love and his kits, which is why he is the way he is. ooh, i think cause she has a family (her father and brother are adoptable!) her father doesn't want her to have kits because he doesn't like the way she looks so he believes they'll look like her? and her mother doesn't want her to have kits in case she dies, and her brother the same as her mother, so she tries to avoid having kits and when she does she has to keep them a secret?

Negative Persona» shadowfoot is a cold, rude and hot-tempered tom. he's sometimes too ambitious, and that can cloud his judgement, but he's still a good cat. his intentions are good, though can sometimes seem bad. shadowfoot cares little for cats unless they persist with him and break through his tough shell on the outside. he's the sort of cat that doesn't say it, but his postures and presence generally demands for you to respect him - so that's what he gets.

[fancypost bgcolor= lightgreen; bordercolor=lightseablue borderwidth=2px; overflow: auto; height: 200px; width: 200px]History» hmm. okay, let's start. shadowfoot was born into islandclan as shadowkit. he, spottedspark and bramblestorm lived happily. bramblestorm and spottedspark were swelling with pride when shadowkit became shadowpaw, as any parents were. happily, shadowpaw bounded out of camp to train. when he came back, he started talking to a she-cat named flowerpaw. slowly, it was evident that flowerpaw had developed a huge crush on shadowpaw. when they were given their warrior names, shadowfoot's parents had grown rather old. he was a cat of the third litter - all the others litters had been stillborns, and it was a miracle that spottedspark had survived. so, they moved to the elders' den. flowerpounce and shadowfoot were best friends, and slowly shadowfoot fell in love with flowerpounce, too. then bramblestorm passed. grieving for his father, shadowfoot lost touch with flowerpounce. then spottedspark died too. shadowfoot was torn in half. but flowerpounce began bringing him back to his old self, and they became mates. two moons after they got together, shadowfoot's love for her had begun to die. he still loved her dearly, but not as much as he used to. then flowerpounce announced her pregnancy, and shadowfoot was overjoyed. when flowerpounce had rubblekit, both parents were delighted. shadowfoot and rubblekit developed an amazing bond, and they still have that now. however, flowerpounce was caught in love with a rogue. she hates that rogue now, but shadowfoot and flowerpounce are now ex-mates. it's known by everyone that flowerpounce still loves shadowfoot, but shadowfoot now only loves rubblekit.
