Like a shift?" Eh, maybe that idea wouldn't go through, but he was just trying to push some combat classes instead of just taking action on building a barrier. It just seemed unnatural and WindClan certainly didn't do anything like that. Maybe RiverClanners had gotten more threats than the other clans.
He glanced down at Lionpaw and managed a mix of a chuckle and snort. He wasn't trying to sound rude (well let's face it, he was impulsive and couldn't tell rude from joking), but the tom didn't even know who BloodClanners were. "You've never heard of BloodClanners?" Sandstep smirked and shook his head before murmuring, "In your dreams, kittypet." What, was Lionpaw expecting everyone to drop everything and forget that he ever was a kittypet? Because he didn't.

Lionpaw felt his cheeks warm, and he gave a huff, stepping back. "'Course I haven't!" he responded, feeling his face grow warm. "I just only got here yesterday." He only grew more flustered at the nickname, and he flattened his ears. "I-I'm not a kittypet!" he protested, pouting. He was glad to listen to Minnowpaw's explanation. "Vicious..?" The apprentice frowned. "Oh. I say we should teach 'em a lesson! I bet we're strong enough!" Lionpaw gave a little hop, but was forced to sit back down as a jolt of pain passed through his broken leg.
