When she was passing by an old well with freezing cold water at the bottom, something hit her from behind, to knock her into it

She yelled, screaming as she fell

The water was so cold that it started numbing her body, soaking her through to the bone. Feeling her terror, Jared turned and ran back, calling the police as he moved

She called for help as loud as she possibly could until she couldn't anymore. She shivered terrible, lossing feeling in most of her body

Jared leapt down the well after her, not thinking, and he pulled her up, holding onto her and keeping her head above the water

Her body shivered violently, just as cold as the water around them

He held onto her tightly, trying to keep her warm until the police arrived and got them out. Kaitlyn's mother was there too, having been called

She was barely awake by the time they'd got them out

There was an ambulance there as well and her mother helped her over into it while the cops talked to Jared, but they sounded like they thought he pushed her

She kept asking for Jared while she sat down

Her mother seemed distraught and panicked and she insisted that Kaitlyn stay away from Jared Lynburn

Katlyn just kept calling for him, still shivering and shaking from the cold

The cops let him go to her but they were watching him closely

She looked at him,"D-D-Did you see who pushed me?" She said with a shaky voice

"No. There was no one there when I got there." He said softly

" Oh," she said softly," Thank you for saving me..."

The police came to her then, asking her gently if she was sure that Jared did not push her

She was quick to tell them no.

They didn't really seem to believe her, but they let him go since she said he didn't do it then the ambulance took her and her mother to the hospital
