"They do little other than fight each other, slowly tearing away until one finally fades away and is forgotten. But why should we care about a war that will last longer than we will, who's parents haven't even seen the beginning of this conflict. None of my brothers and sisters here, or you as I see, want to become the faceless man or woman who dies serving some corrupted Empire that shoots propaganda into the ears of citizens on a daily basis. We started out of nothing, but both of them fear us, but not so far as to not hire us. We're a tight knit elite group willing to get the job done at a high price. But remember, Freedom isn't for sale, got it Speck? Good, now hopefully you don't get killed."
Rules
1. Basic FF Rules apply
2. No fragments and over the top amounts of grammar errors. Pretend your writing a book that's going to get published one day, you don't want 15 errors in your writing or have it be stale. I know we're human, so not everything's perfect, but give it a good shot at least.
3. No random plots that you have told no about and try to spring up, as they will most likely get avoided. Talk to me about any ideas you have before you do something crazy.
4. All races allowed, as long as they aren't super OP or have no weaknesses.
5. If you have an idea for a faction, please include in "Other"
6. Password the is backward pie spelled
7. Have fun!
RP info on what is happening
The down low is that there are two large warring factions that have been fighting for longer than most of them can remember. Neither are willing to stop or call a peace treaty at the expense of any special "conditions" so they pump out resources from their planets constantly, training millions of soldiers only to watch them die a few years later, replaced by a new batch. A few systems retain their independence and retain a sizable force, but not anything as grand as the Two. However, a local militia had begun something new, heading to planets controlled by the Two in order to find talented fighters who see through the blinding mess in front of them. With the combination of loyalty, fierce training, talented soldiers, and something to protect, this new force has become a scary thing. Now, they work both as mercs and militiamen, fighting for Freedom and Money at the same time. A delicate balance, but one that has been pulled off.

The Imperial Grand Legion
"One of the main two, the Grand Legion is a seeker of perfection and cutting edge tech. Constantly seeking to advance further into enlightenment, the Legion sees it's foes as a block on the road to greatness and a universe ruled by the greatest country to have ever walked the planets of universe. That is what they say at least. While they are one of the most advanced and have some of the best organization in the known galaxies, it came at a cost to some of their humanity in the process. Many who have fought them know of the robotic behavior of all their officers and soldiers, spies knowing of the organized predetermined lives of it's citizens."

Kyatar Republic
"At it's very center, the Kyatar Republic is the symbol of free reign and trying to be everything at once. With a very complicated balance of "Do whatever you want" and "Try not to break anything" style of law, the Kyatar Republic has had very bad problems with administration. Most of the Republic itself was born out countries coming together and trying to put every aspect of each into one thing. While it's colorful and diverse cultures and people make it a certainly good place to see from the outside, riots and random groups taking up arms is very common. Thus, it has dissolved into a chaotic mix that still trying to be fixed, but a long road awaits them."

The Telbari Dynasty
"The Telbari are another of the Two. Ruled by a long Dynasty of royals, the Telbari revolve around a feudal way of life, with obvious placements of who's better, with the nobles spitting down at the commoners below. Their military Generals double as prefects of each existing planet, following orders from the Great Dyko as thanks for giving such a gracious gift. The Dyko serves as the equivalence of the Emperor, but also retains status as a supposed God, receiving power from one of the Gods based on the situation. It has been so long that the law and religion were eventually changed to absolute worship of Bahemat, God of Warfare and Destruction, separating the people between the upholders of the Many, or the Government supported Followers of the One"

The Knights of Prator
"The group that a majority of PC's will be in. Formed as a militia protecting the Kyatar Republic, it quickly grew with the unique style of recruiting and Brotherhood that it possessed. Every individual was a valued and intricate part of a team that could not be thrown away. This went against the swamping usage of huge squads that the two empires heavily relied on to win, reducing them to faceless men running at each other with guns, each believing their way is right. It will be a default area for your PC's to go, and you will have to ask for permission to create someone in the other groups as a majority of events will take place following these guys.

The Brood
Made entirely of one species, The Brood are thought of a singular entity with many bodies. They have no word, nor concept of individuality and every single member of The Brood's decision will be to better the species as a whole; their experiences are shared to the rest of the entire species during a process which takes place every single galactic month where they go into hibernation to contact other members. They are so committed to bettering the species that, if one has a genetic mutation or malfunction, it will be analysed to see if it can be bred into something beneficial; if it can't be, then that particular Brood member will kill themselves as to not let themselves breed. They pledge allegiance and help whatever faction will benefit them as a species the most if they win. Right now they are pledged to the Knights of Prator
