the gifs need to be resized to 245 x 155 <3 if you go to lunapic, under the "edit" tab there will be something called "scale image." if you type 245 into the width, it'll automatically change the height to 155. then it's just a 1px black border and a 3px color border. so, the image is 245 x 155 but with the borders it's 253 x 163.
