Now, this particular little event was to talk about the possible promotions, demotions, and news for the next meeting. Best to clear all of that up before just announcing it, in his opinion- and sure, Marrowescape might announce a curveball or two, but it was good to get most of it accurate before announcing it.
And yes, the team was a bit small at the moment. But hey, it was probably going to grow, right? Yeah.

"I'd like to suggest Pollux as First Mate. He's been very helpful around the ship and everything. Auresque, also, I haven't seen her at all. Yes, her strength is good to have in battle- if she's even there! For the rest of the ranks, I think a clean slate is best, haven't seen most of 'em around. They can re-earn the positions, no need for them to worry too much about it."
Pausing for a moment, he would then continue.
"Any thoughts, questions? I was also thinking of holding the Bloodclan sleepover directly after the meeting, so we can remind everybody of the rules of the sleepover. And of ally rules 'nd stuff. Should we hold a series of sleepovers with each of our closest allies- being Blizzardclan, Sunclan, and Darkclan? They've been really good with keeping their ambassadors on schedule."
