  • "One day our lips will touch, and then you'll realize how much I love you."

    Plot:
Deep within the city, there is a kind hearted boy who longs to see the world in a new light, one of which through a rose colored glass--he wishes to fall in love. He is of wealth, of specific tastes but is nice to anybody and everybody, a charmer that is oblivious to the signs that make him noticeable in acts of high charisma. Many girls, throughout the lands, begin to line up and in some way make him theirs--but who will he choose? Is he really a heartbreaker or someone of unique tastes for the hearts he so warms?

    Puka ________ (Saiumi's character)

    The first girl: Childhood Friend

    ic:
It was a rather odd day for her when it all started out. One morning the ebony haired girl was walking her dog, the next the leash was out of her hand and the dog was nowhere to be found--it was strange to find out that she held no memory of it, after all, what was she to do? She remembered the leash starting out in her hand, then it wasn't. Where could it have gone? As she questioned this, she started walking along the almost ivory colored sidewalk to merely pause when her sights came upon a redheaded male, one of the likes of which he was resting on a cherry blossom tree, leg down and swinging lazily as the other was propped up and he leaned against without a care in the world. She narrowed her eyes, unsure of what to make of this but as she decided by the off chance to go across the street, her focus came upon her little terrier mix barking at him.
The girl held no haste, pelting across the street in alarm and hurriedly picking up the leash to merely yank her dog away. She craned her head upwards, locking eyes with the male as she started off in a formal apology--but then, it all sorta made sense. She was off in a daze, hadn't held a grip and the dog excitedly ran to him. This was her best friend! "Puka," The girl said in a lighthearted voice. "What are you doing up there?" She asked, not at all alarmed as her dog began to bark in happiness to the question, coming forth to the tree to merely stand on its hind legs and scratch, carrying a small whine for him to get down.
Inori merely chuckled, kneeling down to pet her pet's head. "It's alright, bud." She whispered and then began to look back up at her companion with a big smile. She loved seeing him, how handsome he was and she rather fancied him. "You gonna come down anytime soon?" Inori teased, placing a hand on her hip as she adoringly stared at him.

  • -he had pulled out a bookmark, placing it in the tiny book, it was a nicely patterned romance novel titled " a heart cannot be an octagon", he looked down with a smile that the sun itself could barely outshine-heh ill be down any moment with a friend like u at the bottom ^.^-he hopped off the branch and landed beside them-how have u been? I havnt seen u 2 in a very long time-he leaned down to pet her anxious dog that just wanted ALL of his attention, luckily he was willing to share some with the dog and his best childhood friend-

Inori watched him as he peered down to see whom it was talking to him to merely place a ribbon like bookmark into his novel and leaned forward, the cherry blossoms shifting forth to blow tiny circles around him as they locked eyes--her heart palpitated and it seemed as though time was slowing down the moment she drowned in his russet gaze. Her cheeks were warm and her lips parted, silently exhaling short breaths as such a beautiful sight of him enraptured her, only for it go better when a beaming smile graced his face and Inori then looked away, pursed her lips as her heart raced furiously. Het adoration turning into irritation upon herself as she felt the lingering effects of her crush upon the boy crashing down on her again. "Could you hurry up? I haven't gotten all day, y'know." she uttered in a small teasing way, tongue sticking put as he so carefully went the branches to the trunk of the tree to merely slide from there.
The moment he came down, her dog bounced up and dug its paws upon his peg, muzzle coming forth to the boy's hand and tongue sticking out in encouragment to pet and love him. Inori kinda envied her dog for even attempting the action to recieve his attention--but she had her own methods as well. The dark haired female lungued forth, grasping the small novel from his arm and began to read the title, a little laugh exploding from her. "Puka, you're reading this romance book?" She asked and then nudged his shoulder, red ebomy gaze looking right him. "Showing moves on how to get a girls heart? Is it any good?" and she wiggled her eyesbrows, flipping the book to where his ribbon was and began to clear her throat, eyes plastered to the and ready to read it aloud, only to freeze and become slightly intrigued.
"The girl turned towards Ecclair, her hands trembling as her heart raced, even through this facade of brash denial, she couldn't look away from the man she so loved. She took another step, her hands clawing at the soft fabrics of his coat to turn him around with tears in her eyes. "Please...don't go..." She whispered, going forth and wrapped her arms around him, burying her face into his silk ivory shiry, clinging to him. In a way, trying to bury herself into his heart, just hoping he still had the passion he once had, but as his arms didn't fold around her, she knew she wasn't his anymore."
Inori's face flushed, speechless and wanting to read more but as she tore her gaze from it to look at him, the girl couldn't speak. She handed the book back, red coloring her face as her heart pounded--one day, she'd tell him how she felt. But would it end like that passage? Would he decline her, too? Inori was too scared to wonder about such things, especially when he was such a nice guy to begin with.

  • -he simply took it back-heh, too good to insult isnt it ^.^-he smiled and teased, then gave her a suprise hug, he was warm, not sweaty or moist from the dayly heat, he let go and conveniently some petals flew by him, the breeze also took some hair with it, letting it flow up and slow, a beautiful image indeed, for the girls camera eyes to take many mental pictures with-few...breeze is picking up, want to come over?

"All my years of knowing him, I still can't say it."

    ic:
He gently took it back, lifting it upwards and flipped it back towards him--chuckling softly to himself. "Too good to insult it, isn't it?" He teased and Inori pursed her lips, face hot with slight embarrassment as her eyes held irritation. The next thing she knew, his arms wrapped over her body and she was pressed against him--smaller to press her chin against his shoulder but tall enough for his chin to press against her head--her mind whirled as the limpness surged forth. He was warm, soft and smelled...really nice. Inori closed her eyes, arms now clinging to his waist and let the time go slowly as she relaxed into his embrace. But as he began to ease away from her, the girl was wanting to pull him back and there was an obvious hurt in her eyes as there was space between them again.
The cold winds pulled back and the petals swirled around them, they were trapped in a mini tornado and breathlessly, her ebony eyes captured the beautiful sight of the boy across from her. He shivered, crossing his arms together and then came forth, placing an arm over her shoulder. "Phew, the breeze is picking up, wanna come over?" He offered and she reluctantly began to look back and across the street where her house lay. She bit her lip and looked back at her dog.
"Uh, sure," She agreed and then ducked, slipping away from him to merely pat her hands upon her lap to let her dog know to come towards her heels. "Lemme just bring Mika back and I'll come right down, okay?" And then Inori turned, going across the street and felt some sort of embarrassment overtake her.

  • -he chuckled-ok.....ill be waiting for u,er....u remember where I live dont u?-he wanted to make sure she didnt get lost-eheh....I just want to make sure u dont get lost on the way to my home ^.^

  • Ooc:didnt know, oh well lol
-he gave a sigh, what a bad excuse, but still, he just wanted to be sure his beloved childhood friend was safe, and nothing bad would happen to her-

As she headed along, the most amusing thing had been uttered. "I'll be waiting for you ,er....you remember where I live, dont you?" And she held back her laughter as she paced to her house, pointing at it afterwards before sticking out her tongue. Over here, dumbass. She thought, and then looked over at her dog, snapping her fingers before tilting her head. Quickly the dog entered the house, spinning back and raised upon her hind legs to bounce, falling towards Inori--in which she obliged to take off the leash. It was then Mika had left afterwards with her tail wipping excitedly back and forth.
Inori then turned and began to close the door, running rather fast before skidding to a halt towards Puka. She then tilted her head, lightly hitting her hand on his arm. "Was I safe enough?" She teased and then chuckled. "And look at that, I didn't get lost this time." Inori said before bounding towards his front yard, stuffing her hands into pockets and leaned in slightly. "Well, what are we gonna do?" She asked, curious on what he had in mind.

  • -he laughed with abit of embarrassment-eheh...ya........heh-he sighed and swallowed his embarrassment, standing up straight and following her with a smile-well, would u perhaps like to see my butler valkenhime, is is very attentive and has servered me for 5 years now, eheh, although, I think he is abit strange in how he arrives, like....watch this-he pulls out a strange little black whistle, blowing into it, then put it back in his pocket, in 2 seconds, a window was burst through-

Valkenhime:yes sir.....is there something u need?-he smiled at him, then stood up, afew shards of glass stuck in his shoe-

Erm.....yes...plz fix the window u broke through, and then I would like for u to meat mt childhood friend ^.^-he was holding back a laugh but he was snickering-

Inori watched as he grew a bit embarrassed, his awkward laughter giving it away--somethings never changed, so it seemed. He then stepped ahead of her, winding along beginning to distract her once more. "Wanna see my butler? He's served me for five years and is very swell, though how he enters is quite absurd." and the giro furrowed her brows, crossing her arms over her chest. Before she could give an answer, he then pulled out a black whistle and just like that, a blurring flash had crashed through a window to merely appear at the boy's side. Her mouth grew agape as a handsome young man entered, smiling nicely as his master as Puks began to sputter out laughter.
"N-Nice to meet you, sir." Inori said, staring at him. Her gaze held shock and mysticfication, she then began to quiver, curious of the man who crashed through the window and yet appeared to have no wounds whatsoever. "Are you alright, sir?" She asked, tilting her head to the side as she tried to remember the man before her--had she really be dispondant of this ordeal before? She just couldn't figure it out--this was entirely weird for her to process. Why was Puka okay with this? She wondered, flitting her gaze to him. Was this normal?

  • Val:hehe sry, ill take care of this right away-he began to wave his hands, they glowed, and soon, the window return to a brand new condition, all the glass gone-there u are sir.....oh, hehe, hello miss-he kneels down and kisses her hand like a gentleman-pleasure to meet u miss, master puka has spoken to me of u before-he gave a smile, opening his mouth for a split second, for the second, inori could think she saw a sharp fang, longer than normal, but she couldnt confirm, he had closed his mouth to quickly to smile-yes. ....I am fine hehe...it happens often, ive gotten used to it

Puka:yes, it is strange how one can get used to such a strange habit-he chuckled slightly-um....is the mannor well cleaned?-he asked as valkenhime gave a nod letting go of her hand-

Awkwardness began to fill inside her as she saw the two of them talk to one another in mild apologies, but as they met eyes, he began to go on his knees and kissed her hand--red flushed across her face in shock and he only then chuckled. She blinked, seeing long canine teeth protrude from his mouth but as he then began to go back, he adjusted his smile. "I've heard about you from him." he said and Inori nodded, clearing her throat before looking back at Puka in curiousity.

  • Puka:hehe yes, ive told him about how we used to play games together when your parents were off working, u used to be so bored and alone I just decided to visit just to see another smile ^.^

Puka, with a smile on his face, then began to chuckle softly as he pulled her in and nudged her shoulder. "yes, ive told him about how we used to play games together when your parents were off working, u used to be so bored and alone I just decided to visit just to see another smile " He then said and Inori dipped her head, blushing as she began to reminisce on those memories--only to pout childishly and crossed her arms to act like she was more embarrassed than that of holding a rather thankful or happy posture on his words. Her face pink with color, she glared at him. "You're still on that?" She uttered. "We were just little kids, you need to stop living in the past, you know."

  • W-well-he frowned-I....just loved those memories........they really helped me stay on the path I chose........and I like to look back just to see ur smiles, just like the one u made earlier....only.....now it has an even sweeter look to it ^///^-there was a small blush on his face-didnt I kiss u once to get u to stop crying, they way I rubbed ur arms.....the soft humming I did to make u better ^.^

    Why is it that I'm not getting notifications from this? >-<;

[size=8][color=white]ic:It seemed what Inori had said wounded the boy as he frowned and scuffled his feet awkwardly, trying to speak but it didn't seem to be coming out rather perfectly as he hoped. "W-Well, I liked those memories, they really m-made me be on the path I chose.." He then paused as he glanced at her, humbly embarrassed as her cheeks grew even redder in comparison. "And I like looking back on your smiles--like the one you made just a few moments ago, only, it was even sweeter than before..." With that said, the girl looked back at him with mouth agape as her entire face red, her body stiff as her throat constricted--and it seemed that he was sort of the same way as he bashfully hid his head when the tinge of color collected upon his cheeks. Before she could respond, he then chuckled softly to himself. "Didn't I kiss you once?" He then asked, looking deeply into her eyes.
Inori ended up going dumbfounded. "N-No, I d-don't think so." She answered back, chuckling awkwardly as the memory popped up in her head. It was raining that day and close thunder ended up scaring her so much that she cried, curling up into a ball and hide somewhere in her room--they were alone as her parents were in some sort on conference and Puka was told to 'babysit' her. Every other time she wouldn't quiet so he came forth and pulled her into him, gently kissing her as she tried to keep herself from crying even harder. Inori then bit her lip, flushed at the memory. "Maybe...you did, actually..."
"To get you to stop crying, right?" Puka then asked, now crossing his arms and beamed with a goofy smile on his face. "The way I rubbed your arms.....the soft humming I did to make you better," He said and Inori merely groaned, covering her face and through the viel like locks, the tips of her ears were red. She just couldn't put up with it anymore as he continued on with this and the memory burned into her brain again. She then nudged him and glared at him afterwards, sheepishly embarrassed.
"Could you just shut up about this? Please? It's embarrassing..." Inori whined, desperately trying to forget the clouded mess of recovering past events.
