You have to code everything, and I mean, e v e r y t h I n g. and then you have to switch between threads and keep track of everyone that joins and you know, its hard. but you have to have good organization and lots of patience. sometimes you have to reject people that apply, other times you have to remove someone from an rp. it all jus depends. but yeah, like I said. it can be difficult at times.
