he's currently in the exiles and he hates everyone and every thing, including himself
he is rather psychopathic, so it will take a lot of time and a lot of ic interaction for him to even consider your character a close friend and even be thought about in a romantic way
he's quick to snap and fight, he enjoys toying with people's minds, and will threaten to eat anybody if they irk him. he thinks everybody is out to get him and is paranoid constantly. he's also extremely gay.
he's basically open to a very limited selection of things, like
enemies
raping others
capturing and torturing your character
killing your character if you'd like them dead
manipulating your character
skirmishes and fights
he's closed to
relationships (if you'd really like to sort something out, pm me)
being killed

your character and joel go out on a 'dinner date' where they go murder some people and feast
joel manipulates your character into thinking he loves them and he uses them
enslaving your character to do some shit for him
