History: Skylar used to be a happy and carefree child, but that was ruined when she began to get bullied by other kids because of the stutter she was born with. She became more and more shy, antisocial and anxious as time went on. It got to a point where her father began to home-school her, but she never wanted to try and become friends with anyone and was almost always alone. Her stutter only became worse and she hardly speaks. That was until the Lumiose City gym leader, Clemont, tried to become close friends with her and succeeded. He encouraged her to go on a Pokémon Journey of her own, which she did alongside him and his younger sister. Sky began to participate in gym battles around Kalos, but eventually gave up on that because she realized her real goal was to become a great successor to her father and study Mega Evolution. She now currently stays in Lumiose City, helping her father with his research.

Mile walked in between the trees with Finnik on his shoulder occasionally talking, ''It's sure a muggy day to be out training, but you insisted.'' As much as he loved Finnik; she could be a pain sometimes. As to always wanting to train and keeping him 'in line'. As much as a pokemon could. . .
He always thought she was a bit obsessed with evolving; it's been awhile last time she did. So he'd be worried too. As they walked through the forest in the hot sun to the next village Mile couldn't help but notice how much prettier it was in this village than the last.

Skylar clutched the strap of her bag tightly as she entered the city; Laverre City was a bit of a pain to get to, since she wasn't exactly prepared to trek through a swamp-like route. However, Pixel the Sylveon managed well enough in the mud- but got itself covered. Skylar carried Pixel to the Pokémon Center as it napped, and hoped to clean it up. However, on the way there she saw a male trainer and his Fennekin seemingly training, and smiled. Perhaps he had gotten the Fennekin from her father.

Finnik continued to nap on his shoulder as he trekked into the little village. He shielded his eyes as he stepped out of the trees into the small village. Now the challenging part was finding someone to stay with or maybe a gym that allowed trainers. He looked around as Finnik woke up; she hoped down and began to look around too. She definitely helps when it comes to convincing others to let him stay in their houses.

She noticed the trainer and their Fennekin approach the city, but she couldn't pay attention to them anymore as the automatic doors of the Pokémon Center closed behind her. Skylar greeted Nurse Joy and asked for supplies to clean up Pokémon, and began to do so, and wondered if there were perhaps any hotels around for her to spend a few nights in while conducting her research. Pixel, however, had different ideas; it wished to battle someone. Skylar chuckled as it launched stars around them, using Swift. "Careful, Pixel. I know you wanna battle but you have to stay still and get clean!"

Finnik found a single woman and called him over, ''Hello Ma'am, I am Mile and this is Finnik. I was wondering if we could stay with you for a couple days. I am a pokemon trainer, and Finnik is my pokemon. So could you please let us stay with you.'' Finnik started whimpering; smart girl. At once the lady set down the pots she was holding, ''Yes, you may as long as you please.'' Mile started picking up some of the heavy pots what were full of water and following the lady to her house.
