The sun is just beginning to set in mid-afternoon time, it's fire creating blood in the sky. You feel dead leaves crunch underneath your paws as you tread a worn down path, millions of paw prints imbedded in the Earth both new and old. You wonder who has been here, what has been here, and before you know it your mind has wandered off. Suddenly there looms something tall and orange in front of you. It's patched with dirt and attached to the Earth by a vine. There are more around it, some tall and some short, some fat and some skinny, some big and some small. You weave around them, eyeing them with pure curiosity. Suddenly you notice something ahead on one of the large gourds. Something black and moving. You move closer to realize that it's another cat. He blinks at you in surprise when he turns to see you approach him warily. "You're awfully brave. For all you know, I could be incredibly hostile. You could have died" he fixes his body to rest comfortably, his tail flicking. "What is your business here? Come on, speak up!" After explaining to him that you are only a curious traveler, he smiles cheekily at you. "Ah, so you've decided to wander the pumpkins. Well, if you've no place to stay, you are always welcome to join my family". You look at him and ask, "family?" His yellow-green eyes light up, "of course, my family! Follow me..." He jumps down and leads you through the rest of the field and through thick brush down another dirt trail until you reach a large hallow tree surrounded by stones. Please not too many of the same prefix or suffix. Make a mix and be creative! 9. This is semi-advanced, you know the drill. Try your best, there are no penalties. I understand what it's like to get writers block. 10. Keep cussing OOC mostly. I mean, I don't care either way, but if your character knows human swears then maybe you should have an explanation as to how? 11. No OOC fighting and please respect others. 12. No god-modding or killing without permission. 13. Unlimited characters, just keep track of them all. 14. If after a month you do not post, your character will have died. You cannot revive them but you may create a new character. 15. For a high position you have to give me a good roleplay example and promise you will be active. 16. Kits must have role players! If they're lucky, they will be able to dance around a fire at midnight for fun. Kits and apprentices get to wear masks made from tree bark and/or leaves and berries, or paint their faces for fun. Everyone has a chance to tell stories of all genre. Some of the more rebellious and trouble making cats will try and spend the night in the Whispering Tunnel. Whoever stays the night without running home scared is declared a winner and gets their pick of fresh kill before the other players, but not before their other clanmates. • During The Great Feast, all those able go out and go on a mass hunting spree. At the end of the day, they eat as much as they can and tell stories of their childhoods. • During Snow Fall, kits go out and catch snow flakes. If no snow is present or if none is falling, then kits will either play in the snow or practice catching snowflakes. • During Stone Casting, whether there is snow or not, all the elders gather to give their final requests for when they pass. • During the Flower Rising Festival, apprentices and their mentors will head out to collect flowers to decorate their fur. It's common for kits to be born during this time. Any flowers that can be used for herbal remedies are given to the medicine cats. It is also a time of spring cleaning. • During Summer Waters, the medicine cats travel to Crystal Cave with the leader to hold a meeting with Starclan. The deputy is held responsible during this time. • During Junction, the season turns from summer to autumn and the cats start preparing for winter. The pumpkins are barely growing at this point and will be fully grown by October. The cats take this time to clean out their dens extra carefully until the Flower Rising Festival. It is also a time for the leaders to give uplifting speeches for the upcoming holidays and seasons. • During Little Leaf Festival, the pumpkins are more or less in bloom, so apprentices are allowed to play amongst them instead of training. A day off from work. It is common for a lot of kits to become apprentices and apprentices to become warriors at this time. This is also a day where apprentices may have a chance to go and sleep with their respective parents and/or guardians for the night. • During the Autumn Lights Meeting, the leader gives their biggest speech about Samhain and chooses those who will be accompanying them to Crystal Cave to speak with Starclan. These set of cats will be given a chance to ask any question they wish to any member of Starclan. It can be anything, but if Starclan does not have an answer, they cannot ask another. Some cats have even been lucky enough to be chosen for quests during this time. It is most common for leaders to gain inspiration for future warrior names for their apprentices during this time. When they return back to camp, the clans celebrate by dancing, eating, and telling stories around a fire. • It is the duty of all mentors to teach their apprentices how to start a fire safely.
