• [fancypost borderwidth=0px;]The fluffy tom approached the border of StormClan, scanning the area. This wasn't an unfamiliar thing for the leader to be doing. Last moon, he had been here, and for the same reason. With every full lunar cycle came a new set of three gatherings. Beetlestar didn't like to have to travel so far, but he felt more comfortable doing it himself. He also had no idea how to write, so that was that.

Taking a seat, Beetlestar awaited for a StormClanner to approach him. He knew a few of this clan's members. For one, Blazeheart was the medicine cat here, last he checked. And Spiderstar was still up and kicking. He hoped things had calmed down between them and the Blackheart Rogues. He hadn't heard much about the conflict for a while. Hopefully she'd update him in the leader gathering.
General gathering (for everyone)
Leaders + Deputies (and vice leaders if you have them!)
    Healers (apprentices and assistants included)

"BeetleStar, what brings you here to StormClan?" LarkBeat would ask, offering a dip of her head out of respect to the leader.

Larkbeat seemed to know him, so he couldn't be bad. She hadn't even asked name and business, that had to be something. He came to a stop besides his older sister, awaiting a reply. [/fancypost]

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px;]Beetlestar didn't know the name of the she-cat in front of him. Either it was escaping him, or the last time they had met, she hadn't given him a name. That was alright, though. He didn't need to start small talk while he was out here.

"I'm here to invite StormClan to the moonly CloverClan gatherings." He gave a dip of his head in return out of respect. "As always, there are three gatherings to attend to. One is only for leaders and deputies. Another is only for medicine cats and their apprentices. The last one is for anybody interested in coming."

  • Oh the gatherings. Blazeheart went over as well, giving Beetlestar a dip of her head. She remained silent though, and waited for Lark or Spider or someone to accept.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px]He had neither the audacity or experience to answer, so the regal blond merely appeared with a flick of his ears in mindless thought. It made no difference to him if they made an appearance, however, Brittlebark always loved a good social outlet. Attending this would give him a bit more insight on the way clans worked as it still confused him just here and there.

  • Maplepaw nodded, immediately wanting to attend the medicine cat gathering. When was the last time she had met a medicine apprentice from another clan? Never. She bounced on her paws as she waited for Spiderstar to come.

    [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; width:400px; border:0px dotted white; text-align: justify; margin-top:-15px;; font-family: verdana;; padding:20px;]

"Guys, I would come a lot quicker of someone reported back to camp or something. I don't have super senses." Her voice was more amused than annoyed, and she approached with her white tipped tail raised like a banner, slender body moving forward with an appearance very different from the last time she had greeted Beetlestar. In the previous moon she had been riddled with lacerations and her stride had been grim, heavy, bringing forward a miserable face and voice. Now there was almost a spring to her step, and she dipped a neat head to the other leader as she settled down in the group. Of course, there were other stressors. But they didn't quite seem to be getting through in her composure nor her purring voice.
"Beetlestar. Always a pleasure." She remarked how fluffy he looked despite having no winter coat. Sometimes, 3 specially during leafbare, she envied those with heavy pelts. In the mountainous sun on days without clouds, however, she was far more grateful for her short black fur.
"StormClan will be delighted to come. Do you need anything? Water? Food? Even an escort back?"
She twitched her whiskers with cordiality.

OPPS. "Sorry." the dogon muttered, voice partially audible as he mumbled the apology. He wasn't sure what he was apologizing for, but he had thought he should. "I can go get whatever is needed." Benny offered, gaze brightening considerably. [/fancypost]

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px]He hadn't left this territory much since the day he joined. A few strolls over the border but not visits to other groups or allies. With Spiderstar's words, his interest piqued and his ears twitched. An escort? The regal blond cleared his throat quietly so not to disrupt any conversation and smoothed out his chest fur, "I can accompany you part of or the entire way, if you would like." The soft cream tabby bowed his head respectfully for flashing a rather plain but charming smile. He had a lopsided tendency with these gestures, one corner of his maw tugging more than the other; a smirk, you could say.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px;]Beetlestar nodded. "Same goes for you. Looks like StormClan has been doing well." Spiderstar was a lot more upbeat than he remembered her, which was always a good sign. He could wait to ask her about it, though. After all, they had a whole leader gathering to talk through.

"Nah, I'm alright. We've got more than enough water back in our own territory." Most of the water that the hurricane had brought in had left, but the marshes were still as wet as ever. "Thanks for the offer, though. I'll be seeing you guys around. Bye." The guy that offered to take him made the tom feel kinda uneasy. Beetlestar gave a final dip of his head as he turned around and began to walk off. He was never big on leaving CloverClan land, and right now wasn't really the best time to chitchat. He had to get the clan ready for the gatherings, after all.
