"I bet!" Palekit called after Skypaw as she left. The kit flicked her tail in annoyance, why couldn't she go with them, it's not like she was gaining anything but moons just waiting here. She was almost an apprentice, so she decided she would follow them in secret, to see what an apprentice training session looked like.
Brokenthorn shrugged, "If I hunt today, it will prove to be rather uncomfortable, seeing as it's the hot season. But I have no intention of staying here, so perhaps I'll go on a patrol." He thought aloud.

Shorttail saw that the leader was done talking to him, so he dipped his head, and dissmissed himself. Maybe I'll do some hunting before tonight. I got to have energy! He walked over to Springleap and Brokenthorn. "Do either of you want to come hunting with me?" He asked.Springleap
Springleap nodded her head at what Brokenthorn said. "Perhaps you could go for a swim after a hunt if you chose to go though. You could join me if you'd like." She meowed. She waited for your reply, until Shorttail came over. "That sounds delightful Shorttail, I was just about to head out." She paused. "If you come with us Brockenthorn we could catch a swim after she tempted. -
Brokenthorn thought for a moment, "Yes, I don't see why not." He stood and abandoned his food, not even having bit into it. Not wanting to. "Shall we go now?" He suggested, "The cool mist may not last throughout the day, perhaps we should take advantage of the cool weather."
Deerflight saw Ashstar and Stormpaw talking and decided to join them. He nodded a greeting and sat within earshot. -
Shorttail
Shorttail dipped his head with a smile on his face. He hadn't gone out hunting with any clan mates in a while. "Yeah Brokenthorn's right we don't have all day." He smile turned into a smirk as he turned around and started walking to the entrance. "Lovebirds." Shorttail said under his breath.Springleap
Springleap was also excited. She was happy that Brokenthorn agreed to go with them. She looked at Brokenthorn and then started walking behind Shorttail. -
Skypaw
Skypwa bound after her mentor, "Woo!" The noise escaped her lips by accident, and she prayed it wasn't too loud. "Tonight is going to be awesome!" Skypaw was very enthusiastic about to practice the mentors had planned for the apprentices. "I cant wait." Frozengaze started awake, curled into a small ball. He let his head rise from the white mass of fur, his blue gaze drifting around the cave. They landed on the entrance to the cave, a golden light shining through.
He released a yawn before standing in one swift motion, he lets his head move to his paw and lick it a few times. He stretched his paws before making his way out of the den and hopping down into the clearing. Many seemed to be up already.
---PrairieFall was up already, merely sitting in the warriors den. She felt rather tired, not really wanting to do anything yet. It didn't help that she was just recently a Warrior. She was still extremely lazy. She decided to at least leave the den though, not bothering to do much with her fur yet.
She went outside and plopped in the sun outside the den, her eyes closing once more.[/fancypost]

Frozengazes eyes widened as the other nearly ran into him, his nose twisting slightly.
"Its alright..."he yawns, not thinking much of the near tackle any more. He licked a paw and ran it over his head delicately before answering the question.
"My sleep was fine actually. Yours?"he asks, letting his feathery tail wrap around his paws.[/fancypost]

☯ birdsong chuckled at her apprentices demeanour. she paused in her steps before the entrance. "snowheart would you want to join us? we're going to go get a head start on tonights lesson. we're practising ambushing." she grinned, her smile ear to ear. the deputy flicked her tail. "come along, if you want." she said plainly yet again, before bounding down the entrance tunnel.
bearpaw seemed crestfallen at the rejection, but his ears perked up again at ashstars voice. he nodded quickly. "okay!" he followed immediately, tail high behind him as he followed his mentor. the abysinnian's paws carried him down the stony path until the breeze hit his short fur as well, ruffling it. "where are we going?"

Shottail overheard Birdsong talking. Hmm early training huh? Maybe I could in after hunting. He stopped walking to catch a glance at Birdsong. She's really pretty. -
Deerflight purred pleasantly, "Calm, like always." He mulled over the thought, "It's nice to take a break from consciousness, maybe Starclan knew that, and that's why we sleep." Oh no, I'm rambling! Quickly he shuffled his paws and changed the subject, "D-do you ha-have anything you need- I mean, can I- What are your plans today?" He blushed and began breathing fast, past embarrassed.
Brokenthorn followed Shorttail to the hunting grounds, sniffing along the way to find a scent of prey or predator. "Say, Shorttail," He mused, "Were you born with that tail?" He asked, not stopping to question whether or not it was in poor taste. -

Frozengaze let out a small purr of amusement. The other was cute when he was flustered.
"If you'd like to help me, I could sure use it."he replies to the blushing Tom. His tail tapped lightly on his paws, letting his gaze travel to the fresh kill pile.
"But first let me receive something to eat."he tells the other, starting to the pile, his movements smooth as he stood and placed one paw in front of the other.[/fancypost]

Shorttail stopped in his tracks. Oh Starclan help me! "Oh um yeah, why'd you ask?" He nervously replied hoping Brokenthorn wouldn't notice.Springleap
Springleap was already crouched low ready to pounce on a small mouse. She reared up, and jumped. Got it! But when she landed and opened her paws she saw that the mouse ran away already. "Drat...." She said rather loudly. -
Deerflight followed Frozengaze's stare to the freshkill pile, "Sure, I'll do whatever you want." He smiled, "After you eat of course. I should probable eat too." He looked at Frozengaze, whispering to himself, "But you know that, everyone knows that." He mocked himself.
Brokenthorn shrugged, "I've observed you for extended periods of time and I can't seem to identify and obvious scars. It doesn't seem to show any signs of being cut off. So?" He persisted, catching the scent of a rabbit and signalling the others with his tail. -
Shorttail
Shorttial crouched low as Brockenthorn signaled him. For some reason he felt like telling Brokenthorn the truth even though he had been hiding it since he was a kit. "Actually I lost my tail when I was a kit." He whispered sniffing for the rabbit scent.Springleap

"Hmm, tell me how after this." He commanded. Brokenthorn saw a family of rabbits grazing in a clearing, and luckily the wind was blowing the cat's scent away from them. There were too many for two cats to hunt all of them, but he was ready to get as many as possible. He flicked his tail to signal attack, then pounced on the nearest rabbit. it scuttled out from under his feet but his land had broken it's leg. He hoped Shorttail would take that one. He Smacked a second rabbit with one paw and knocked it into another, but there were still two more left for Shorttail to go after. Brokenthorn bit into the rabbit that had been knocked over and chased the second with the first still in his jaws.

Shorttail was unready for the attack on the rabbits, but he jumped on the rabbit that Brokenthorn had jumped on and killed it with a quick snap to the neck. He picked it up and looked over to Brokenthorn to see what he had caught.Springleap
Springleap had heard the commotion, and started walking over until a rabbit came barreling towards her. Aha I won't let this one go! She grabbed it by the neck, having to do no work at all in that kill she smiled and followed where it came from to get back to the group. -
OOC- Yeah, he gets really violent and I can see him ripping up an attacker and hissing insults and threats and her just being like, 'oh deer. I will have to fix this won't I.'
Brokenthorn caught the escaping rabbit and crushed it under his paws. He picked it up, cramming them both in his mouth before trotting back to the others. They both held one rabbit in their own mouths. "Quite a plentiful attack, if I do say so myself." He announced triumphantly.
Palekit waited until there was no one watching before she sneaked out of the camp after Skypaw.
