  • [fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px solid white; width: 440px; text-align: justify; height: auto; font-size: 8pt; line-height: 137%; margin-top: -5px;]it was time for a bath. scout frowned as noticed flies had been straying around him that morning confused as to why the pesky things were so attracted to him. it only recalled to the asian palm civet that physical bodies pertained scents but... he wasn't rotting. there was no decay that he assumed could have caused the flies. today he found out that it was simply because he needed to bathe.

being alive was surely strange. scout had now been submerged in a small pond, rolling in the water he had to himself and playing with the minnows that swam quickly between his paws. the dirt and grime were soon washed off his body, and he actually felt much happier. like he was... cleansed? which was strange, coming from a demon. but he was just glad it didn't burn him! perhaps it was because of the physical form? or maybe it was because it wasn't blessed... hmm. either way he felt much more satisfied now that he was clean. the only unfortunate part was the cold breeze that sent chills through his bones, causing him to shudder as he stepped out of the pond. still wet and fur sticking out at all angles, the toddy cat would huddle into himself and his teeth would begin to chatter, trying to collect body heat.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=; borderwidth=0px; bordercolor=; width: 430px;][justify]If only his baths were that enjoyable. Well, the were to an extent until dead fish started bobbing up all around him and bumping into him as he tried to bathe himself and get rid of the filth. That was just a problem that came with the natural current that ran through his body. He had learned to live with it but he did also find himself to be rather jealous of those that could touch others and not worry about killing them because of it. Regardless the massive beast watched Scout enjoy his bath for a short moment before he decided to meet the little scrap himself. He had never met him before and so why not try to be a little nice and decent. "Hey there, I haven't seen you before. I'm Wraithstatic the center point of all the animosity here in Windclan. You looked like you were enjoying yourself there."

  • [align=center][fancypost bgcolor=none; bordercolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; width: 370px;font-size:8pt;line-height: 130%;][justify]Chervil would approach shortly after Wraith, aureate orbs blinking at Scout for a few moments. The smaller individual seemed particularly cold, and the collie's fictional brows would furrow in concern. "You look really cold, do you want me to get you a towel, or a blanket, or something?" He didn't usually keep such fabrics on his person, but.. He was pretty sure that he could find one, if he tried hard enough. Gee, life would be far easier if he could just.. conjure stuff. Drawing things from thin air seemed.. almost hauntingly convenient, and even if he didn't know how such a thing tended to work, it really would make life a whole lot easier, wouldn't it?

  • [fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px solid white; width: 440px; text-align: justify; height: auto; font-size: 8pt; line-height: 137%; margin-top: -5px;]the mottled grey face lifted to see wraithstatic, eyes first focusing on the stormy mane covering quite a bit of his body. the static sounds of electricity that hummed from the large behemoths pelt was rather... soothing, actually. even though he was cold, the wet toddy cat would still uncurl himself to stand properly and introduce himself. no gentleman would allow himself to look ragged when meeting a stranger. animosity? he chuckled, tilting his head. sure wraithstatic looked scary, but he truly hoped windclan didn't think of him that way. ah, i was! it was much more difficult than i initially thought; trying to find somewhere that other windclanners werent nearby. or a body of water too large that i could harm the animals there. thankfully this tiny pond just had minnows and maybe a few toads.

a shudder pressed down his spine again and scouts attention was turned to cherviltea, and he shook his head quickly. i... i am fine. no need to be bothersome. he forced a smile, curling his tail tightly around himself. heh, id be much more content with fire elementals to keep me warm instead of electricity for once. he joked half heartedly.
