Rainpaw is your every-day charming little she-cat. She is usually lighthearted and curious about the little things in life, or in other words, she tends to seek out the light when there is darkness and despair. It's hard to ever see her in a sour mood, but she can be when she hasn't slept well lately, or if she is around a cat that she isn't very fond of; yes, Rainpaw does have people in mind that she does not like very much. Despite her crazy, energetic side of her personality, Rainpaw can get ticked off easily when it comes to know-it-alls, and her short temper might come from her parent's early deaths. She's usually the queen-bee around this place, only to please her dead parents who she hopes watches over her. However, if you put that aside, you'll always see the feisty, sassy Rainpaw that you will, without a doubt, grow to love.

Appearance» "Can't you see?" Rainpaw is the natural color of a toirtoiseshell: black and orange, with only a few hints of white around her eyes and on her paws. She's a lithe little kitty, but don't be fooled by her frail appearance, because she is stronger than you may think. It takes a lot of cats by surprise, really, when she shows off her real skills. Sometimes, she can prove cats wrong just when they take a glimpse at the long scar running from her shoulder to her underbelly. Her tail is shorter than most, and she has long legs, a slim body, a pink nose, and dazzling amber eyes.

Her past isn't terribly complicated, but the only reason that she is incredibly self-sufficent and queen-bee-like is because she was once deemed as a useless daughter by her parents. All Rainpaw really wants is to prove that she was better than her siblings, who were-- at the time-- a lot better than her. One day, though, DawnClan met a vicious enemy of rogues. She was in the middle of her first battle when she saw her mother, dying. Rainpaw had run over to her, intending to help, but Flowerskip's life was slipping away. She could see that her father, Badgerstrike, was already gone. "Make us proud," she had said. Those were her last words. From that day on, well... you can assume what Rainpaw did; and is still doing.

You know, I was reading through Dapplesong's form and I was reading where it said she isn't that good at fighting but she is taught to protect kits, and all I could think about was those old cartoons where the cats lift their paw and their claws unsheath, and it makes like a blade sound. Don't ask why, but it's so funny xD. And I like Rainpaw. She is so adorable for little ol' darkpaw.

Yeah, but even though it was in my form, I don't want her to like him right off the bat. I prefer my characters to actually develop their feelings. It annoys me when characters are just on top of another cat the second the rp starts.
