    "Yeah, sometimes my time travel triggers huge storms in this time period. I'm still not sure why," he explains. "You happened to be in the area that I ended up, and I saved you from getting turned into a smudge in the grass."




    "Well, that's just rude," Rogue complains, crossing her arms defiantly over her chest. "I'm pretty fast, although it may no seem like it."
    She frowns, her watch spewing the same information Shadow is hearing. None of the ear pieces at G.U.N were big enough to fit into her huge bat ears, so they ended up just setting her up with a contact watch.

    • IC: "Even then..we're going to need some sort of transportation that's not our own..so we can save our energy for whatever might be ahead." Shadow watched as the gates of the prep room began to open up and reveal the take off field for mostly helicopters and flying machines. He unparked his motorcycle and began pushing it out towards the loading dock to which a plane was waiting for them.


    "Oh yeah! Saved me from probably getting a bald spot too haha," Clash chuckled in amusement and his tail flickered from it as well.

    "The size of this place never ceases to impress me," Rogue remarks, taking a good look at the gigantic aircraft hanger.
    She walks slowly behind Shadow, wondering whether or not she should help him push the motorcycle, then deciding he probably won't appreciate that.




    Silver laughs.
    "I remember the first time I told you I was from the future, you took at least an hour trying to wrap you head around it," he remembers. "We sat in silence the whole time and it was really awkward."

    • IC: Shadow managed to push the bike onto the plane then looked back as he waited for Rouge, once they boarded the plane instantly began to take off as the back of the vehicle began to close shut. The hedgehog walked over to one of the seats they usually had for troops to wait and relax as they made their way to their destination, and sat in one of them. Folding his arms and tilted his head down as he closed his eyes to rest a bit before they arrive.


    "Hey it's not everyday a time traveling hedgehog appears out of no where, I mean I didn't even know something like that could happen you know? It's not like we're apart of some video game or comic book." Clash gave a light shrug at what he suggested.

    Rouge frowns, taking the seat next to Shadow, sitting with a polite posture and crossing one leg over the other. Her ears twitch as the loud sound of the engines revving as the plane takes off, sending them soaring off to the missions destination. Rouge looks hurt as Shadow lowers his head to rest.
    "Don't you wanna talk or something?" she laments. "It's been so long."




    Silver gives himself a minute to laugh out loud.
    "Don't worry about it!" he laughs. "Everyone's reaction is different, yours was just one of my favorites."

    • IC: Shadow blinks his eyes open and raises his brow in Rouge's direction, seeing that she seemed..disappointed. He sighed, communicating with others was still the one thing he struggles to get better at. Even though he's worked with Rouge for a few years now it seems she still wasn't use to his silence or his focus on the mission, or maybe there was something wrong with him lately. "...I..the past few days...I was helping Silver..and...I visited a market..got some food....then I came here.." He honestly didn't know how to start a conversation, it was a bit awkward for him. "There was a fruit pie we got..recommended by a rabbit named Charlie..you - or we - should try some when..this is over..." The hedgehog glanced away from the bat.


    Clash grinned and gave a playful flick to the hedgehog's forehead "hah good,"


    Tails suddenly emerged from where he's been all day and stretched with a plate in his hand "phew! that was good fruit pie!"

    Rogue smiles. She knows Shadow struggles with communication, and she finds it almost cute the way he fragments his sentences when he tries to have a normal conversation.
    "That sounds great," she replies. "You don't usually just do normal things with friends, so that must have been a fresh experience for you."




    Viktor follows silently after Tails, grinning as his mate declares his approval of the pie. The husky follows Tails to the sink and puts down his plate before turning to the others.
    "Have you all been good down here?" he questions, giving them a joking grin.

    He sits back and crosses his arms, frowning at Clash.
    "Uh, don't worry about us," he assure Viktor who chuckles softly.




    Rogue, thought not mentioning it, happens to notice the embarrassed blush on Shadow's cheeks.
    "Well, if you'll notice, I've had quite a few successfully heists recently," she replies proudly.
    She removes a few large jewels from wherever the heck she keeps them to show them off. They sparkle brilliantly in the light coming in from the Windows.

    "You've have no idea how long I've been looking for one!" she laments, frowning.
    She returns the jewels and sighs, looking out the plane window.
    "They always seem to escape me the closer I get," she finsishes.




    Charlie looks up from where she is standing across the table from Clash. She smiles at Tails and waves.
    "Hiya, love," she greets. "I'm guessin' you two are the men o' house, huh?"
    She looks between Viktor and Tails for confirmation.




    Silver pouts, still giving Clash an upset glare.

    • IC: Shadow nodded as he understood, he's been trying to obtain a chaos emerald himself for awhile now and have never been able to. His ears pointed up though as his comm activated.


    "Shadow and Rouge you are ready to deploy" A voice spoke into both Shadow and Rouge's comms.


    Shadow stood and went over to his bike and sat in the seat, turning the key to activate the motorcycle he reved the engine to make it roar. Then he slowly began backing it up to the edge of the platform that eventually will be lowered down but stopped and looked towards Rouge, gesturing with his head for her to come over "get on."


    Tails gave a nod to Charlie as his tails flickered behind him "y-yeah we are.." he blushed faintly and glanced away a bit shyly.

    Rogue taps her watch to send in a confirmation, before giving Shadow an affirming nod. She lifts herself up a few inches off the ground and flies over to the bike, landing gently on the raised back end. She looks around for something to hold onto, and finding nothing, places her hands on Shadow's hips to keep herself steady.




    Charlie smiles at Tails' embarrassment. She understands how he feels, one of her old friends was the same way, and he was super self-conscious about it. Charlie had been his wingman for a long time, and he and his boyfriend had gotten engaged just recently.
    "Hehe, don't worry hon, I have a friend just like ya," she assures him. "I'm used to that kinda thing."

    • IC: Shadow waited until Rouge was settled behind him then looked up as one of the humans came out and pressed a button that then began lowering the platform down, releasing the breaks the motorcycle began to suddenly roll back until they were sent flying out of the plane. The hedgehog acted quickly and pressed down on the gas as they fell through the air, glancing down he saw they were nearing the ground and he kept a grip on the handles before the landed on the ground with a thump. He sped foreword then drifted into a half circle before stopping and looking over his shoulder at the bat "are you alright?" he asked just to be sure.


    Tails perked his ears as he heard Charlie and tilted his head "r-really?" he felt a bit reassured to know that there were other like him.

    Rouge lets out a squeak of fright as they are suddenly launches out of the plane and sent hurtling toward the earth. She squeezes her wings against her back and wraps her arms tightly around Shadow's waist, shutting her eyes and pressing her face into his back. When they hit the ground, she leans back a bit, letting go of Shadow and breathing heavily.
    "More or less..." she replies breathlessly.




    "Really, really," Charlie replies with an affirming nod. "In fact, my buddy and his boyfriend just got engaged recently."
    She grins, remembering how cute the two are together.

    • IC: It took nearly half an hour for the two to arrive at the building and once they got close enough Shadow turned off to the side and slowed the motorcycle. As they came to a stop he leaned to the side and tilted the bike slightly to then put down the break, "since we can't risk our mission of destroying every evidence of their experiments being public..going in fast a loud probably won't be the best idea.." he muttered and hopped off the bike.


    "O-Oh yeah I wouldn't mind at all actually." Tails rubbed the back of his head, "do you live somewhere nearby?" he asked her while tilting his head.

    Rogue gives Shadow an understanding nod, taking a short glance around the area to asses her surroundings. She steps up beside Shadow and takes a look at the large building that they had parked directly in front of.
    "The research lab is on the top floor," she remembers. "But they keep the results and files somewhere else in the building. If you can focus on the lab itself, I'll search the floors below for the info storage."




    "Um, I guess so," Charlie replies. "I live in the meadows a few miles west of the main marketplace. My buddy, his name is Arin, and he's a tanuki, he and his fiance live out by the beach."

    • IC: "Sounds good to me..make sure to keep your comm-link on." Shadow told her then took a few steps back and jumped right over the wall, being careful not to get spotted by cameras he ran over behind a few crates before peeking out the other side.


    "Oh the meadows! I visit over there every so often just to enjoy it." Tails chuckled then he blinked as he remembered what he was planning to do down here, "oh and Silver I nearly have the anchor complete! It'll only maybe take a day or two more to complete." he looked over at the hedgehog.
