    Silver perks up as his name is called, and he blanks out for a second before registering what he's being told. He had kind of stopped listening after his fallout with Clash, so he needed a moment for his brain to start working again.
    "Really?" he exclaims excitedly. "I didn't expect it to be done so quickly!"




    Rouge nods, watching the dark hedgehog as he disappears over the wall. Licking her lips, she launches herself into the air, moving in the opposite direction of Shadow and climbing higher into the sky. Every so often, she'll peek into one of the gigantic windows to look for anything that looks even remotely secretive.

    • IC: "Yeah I stayed up all night to get some extra work on it" Tails hummed, if anyone looked close enough they would noticed the faint dark circles under the fox's eyes. Though he narrowed his eyes slightly in confusion as he just now noticed Shadow wasn't here "uh..what happened to Shadow?"


    Shadow glanced up at Rouge then slipped over towards one of the pillars that supported the outside upper balcony and ran up along side of it to climb to the top half of the building. Moving along the walls he approached a locked door and stood in front of it, without even checking if it was even unlocked the dark hedgehog charged a chaos spear and blasted the lock open. His gloved hand that charged the spear smoked lightly as he dispersed the chaos energy then he headed into the building.

    Silver frowns, just now noticing the bags under Tails' eyes.
    "You should really get some more sleep," he suggests. "I've still got more time here, it's only been two days."




    Rogue cringes at the slightly loud sound of Shadow blasting away the lock on the door. She personally has equipment that will let her get inside without making much noise, so she hopes Shadow is on that same page. She shakes her head and continues forward, passing the only room in which the lights are off. Curious, she places a small machine of the wall that will cut out a hole in the glass just big enough for her to slip through.

    • IC: "Eh I've stayed up longer before working on equipment for Sonic and such, no biggie" Tails gave a light shrug then walked towards the door to step outside. He walked out onto his porch and held up his hand to block the sun and get a good look at the sky.


    Shadow slowly made he way through the dark halls of the building that were barely lit up by the hall lights, but as he went further he jumped up a few stairs towards the lab.

    Viktor follows his mate outside, waving a quick goodbye to the people in the kitchen before shutting the front door behind him. He steps out onto the porch and makes his way over to Tails' side, giving him a quick kiss on the cheek and wrapping one arm around his little waist.
    "Is something wrong?" he asks.




    Rouge floats silently to the floor, which she immediately identified as marble, which is strange because that's almost never used in labrotories. It's dangerous to have marble in a lab, since it's both expensive and highly susceptible to acidic fluids(which is probably bullshit because I honestly don't know). Confused, she makes her way farther into the room, up until what little light it coming from the window ends. She squints, trying to make out any figures at all.

    • IC: Tails smiled and hummed as he felt Viktor's presence, resting his hands over the husky's he looked back up at the sky and shook his head lightly. "No nothing's wrong, from what I can tell it's a pretty normal bright sunny day..maybe all that rain was just a good storm to water the plants and trees."


    In the room Rouge was in there was a vessel like object in one of the dark corners of the lab, the vessel had glass for observation of the creature inside. It was filled with green like liquid as the creature floated in it's place, it's eyes were closed but it looked very alien-ish with it's grey skin and red markings that looked similar to Shadow's. It had a hook like tail that was wrapped around it's legs as it floated in the liquid and tubes along with cords were hooked up to this creature.

    Rouge steps into the green light given off by the strange tube, gazing up in awe at the alien creature floating almost peacefully in the strange fluid. The little bat lifts herself up off the ground a few feet, placing her hands gently on the glass as she gazes inside. There's something strangely familiar about this thing, and Rouge is afraid to know why. She raises her watch to her mouth to talk to Shadow.
    "Shadow, come in!" she whispers. "I found something."




    Viktor frowns, following Tails' gaze up into the sky.
    "Let us hope that is case," he replies.

    • IC: Shadow held a unconscious human in his hand that gripped the person's lab coat and dropped the body, ears perking as he heard Rouge from his comm link. He put a finger to the ear piece while dragging the body off to the side to hide it, "what is it?" he replied while carefully looking around the corner.


    The Alien like creature began to stir in it's vessel and it's eyes slowly blinked open to reveal black scleras and golden irises, that stared blankly at Rouge.

    "I'm honestly not sure," Rouge admits.
    He heartrate quickens when the creature blinks open its massive, reptilian eyes. Even the eyes seems familiar, and Rouge finds that revolting.
    "It's like a big lizard, and it's..."
    She pauses, unsure whether or not to mention the suspicious feelings of familiarity. Deciding not to, she shakes her head and continues.
    "It's got red stripes on it, kind of like you... I don't know what it is, but it's disgusting,"

    • IC: "Like me?" Shadow repeated quietly and narrowed his eyes lowering his gaze as he tried to think of what it could possibly be. "I need to take care of destroying any evidence of this place existing first..I'll randevu at your location after.." he told her then began skating down the hall and quickening his pace of taking care of the lab scientists.


    The creature blinked slowly then began to stir more by moving it's limbs and leaning against the glass by laying it's three fingers along it, staring at Rouge it began digging it's claws into the barrier that kept it in it's vessel and started to bare it's teeth to show they were very sharp, and very yellow.

    Rogue sucks in her breath, backing away from the container, heart racing at insane speeds. She presses her arms close to her chest, knowing that she could contact Shadow at any time. It suddenly becomes hard for her to breath as the creatures eyes bore into her. Her wings shiver slightly, and she has to lower herself to the ground to avoid falling.

    • IC: The Creature began to slowly grin and tear at the glass, growling and snarling he began to flail around. Tearing the tubes off it attacked the glass again until it suddenly shattered and the creature came spilling out of it.

    Rouge lets out a scream, leaping into the air as the creature spills out onto the floor, sending the green goo spreading across the marble tiles. Rogue turns her comm link back on, eyes wide with fear.
    "Shadow! It's escaped, get over her now!" she yells.
    She sends a few pink grenades at the creature in self-defense, each one exploding at different spots on the monster.

    • IC: The Creature snarled and writhed around on the floor before standing on it's two feet, it's eyes flickered towards Rouge and it grinned "you're that bat.." it chuckled then stepped foreword but blinked as it saw the bombs being thrown towards him. Growling it jumped to the side and landed on all fours, it's tail flickering in the air before he ran towards Rouge and tackled her to the ground. Pinning his claws against her wrists to be held down on to the ground as he loomed above her, his yellow sharp teeth glistening faintly.


    Shadow's eyes widened as he heard Rouge's fearful voice and he immediately dropped what he was doing to race towards her location.

    Rouge lets out a bloodcurdling scream, pain shooting through her body as she is thrown against the marble floor so forcefully that the tile cracks. She kicks and squirms, feeling the pressure of the creatures claws as they squeeze her small arms. She unsheathes the knives concealed in the toes of her boots and kicks upward, aiming the cut the creatures chest. She is in such shock that she doesn't even have the brain power to register that the creature spoke to her.

    • IC: The Creature screeched as it was cut and scrambled away, writhing widely while gripping it's wound it looked up again with eyes flaring with hatred.


    Shadow skitted to a stop inside the room and in front of Rouge as he finally saw exactly what this creature was. His eyes widened in dismay but he took a few steps back towards the bat and knelt down, while keeping his narrowed gaze on the creature "Rouge are you alright? Are you hurt?"

    Rouge lets out of groan of pain, sitting up and clutching her arm, face scrunched up slightly.
    "I-I'll be fine", she replies, voice slightly strained. "We have to get out of here before that things regains its composure."

    • IC: "Shadoooow" TheCreature hissed and suddenly laughed throwing its head back, "oh the irony.."


    Shadow ignored the creature and scooped Rouge into his arms, he immediately raced out of the building and as they raced through the halls the hedgehog was planting bombs on the walls. "Keeping this mission discrete will be difficult..but it would be better to desecrate this place than leave it to chance.." As he kept Rouge close in his grip his eyes narrowed and clouded with thoughts.

    Rouge blinks, wrapping her arms tightly around Shadow's neck as they speed through the building. Rouge is not used to going this fast, so she has to squint to avoid hurting her eyes.
    "Shadow, why does that thing know who we are?" she questions, having to raise her voice over the sound of the wind rushing past them.

    • IC: Shadow placed another bomb as they skated around a corner before narrowing his eyes at Rouge's question, "I'm not sure how in the world the humans got ahold of him..but that creature is known as Eclipse...a commander of the Black Arms which is an alien race....and the same alien race that was used to create..me." He muttered but quickly jumped to the side as Eclipse suddenly bursted through the wall beside them in attempt to attack the pair, the hedgehog glanced back at the alien with a slight growl then continued to speed foreword.


    Eclipse snickered as he skitted across the ground on all fours, sparks flying off from the tiles as his claws scratched against them and then went after the two. "It's amazing that the idiocy of humanity is endless when they thought they could attempt containing me here! And better yet to bring me back!" He cackled then suddenly jumped into the air and slammed into the ground. The powerful blow made the ground beneath Shadow and Rouge cripple beneath them, causing the floor to buckle and crash to the lower level.
