a small form was making it's way to the base of the stairs, little paws hesitantly placed in front of another as they moved forward. the pup was shaking, golden eyes wide as she slowly moved forward, snowy tail wrapped nervously around her back leg. the child inched forward, cracking open her tiny jaws to speak but all came out a scared breath. she was an african wild dog, three months old, and no doubt mentally scarred from what had happened before her arrival here. she moved slightly forward, visibly shaking as she attempted it again,"hello?" out came a tiny voice that had taken almost everything to produce. the pup was so exhausted and scared but she had seen floating islands from several acres away and was now standing there at the bottom of the massive staircase, still trembling.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 475px; text-align: justify; font-size: 11px]Seeing the child all alone spurred feelings within Margaery that she had fought to keep down for a long time now. Admittedly, it reminded her of the three kittens that she and Suiteheart had stumbled upon one afternoon day... all three of which having faded into oblivion. That incident still plagued her and was the reason she doubted her capabilities as a mother so often, afraid that she was a terrible parent. But even with that in mind, she knew that she had to help the little canine. What sort of woman would she be if she turned her back on her? Or accepted her but did not open her heart to her? Pushing a frown from her features, the deputy would release a small sigh before carefully nearing the puppy. "Hello dear, what's your name?" She inquired softly, encouraging a gentleness to her tone that she saved especially for children, "Mine is Margaery. You're BlizzardClan, did you know that?"

the pup tilted her head upwards to the she-cat, rounded ears falling back a bit at the sight of another animal besides herself. however, the kind voice that ensued was surprising to the child- she hadn't heard such a gentle tone used with her in a while. it took a few moments for her to process what she was being told. she was in blizzardclan? she shook her head, she had had no idea that she was even near such a place. that's what these floating islands were, then. though sno was timid to answer, she shuffled slightly and quietly spoke,"sno-snowedin..." she paused, forming the longest sentence she had for a while,"my last name is igloo."

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; bordercolor=transparent; height: auto]Fanaticalpaw appeared at her sister's side, gazing curiously at the tiny creature. Her hazel optics widened and, yet again, she had to resist the urge to squeal. BlizzardClan was getting bombarded by adorable little critters. Griz was just the beginning.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=; borderwidth=0px; bordercolor=; width: 420px;font-family:arial;font-size:10pt;]What an adorable little thing. Lucina had never seen that kind of pattern anywhere before. Still, that wasn't the priority right now, even if Snowedin's fur reminded her of a dress she had once bought for her mother...a dress her mother had embarrassingly accepted and had probably buried in the back of her closet. Lucina walked over, keeping an even pace, not wanting to frighten the poor child. Poor thing looked lost. "Hey there, my name's Lucina." She bent her head down so that she was looking Snowedin right in the eyes. "Are you lost? Where's your family?" Surely the kid was too young to be out on her own.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=; borderwidth=0px; bordercolor=; width: 325px;]
a
the kid almost burst into tears at the mention of her family- it was a sore subject. however, she was determined to not cry in front of strangers and held in her sniffles,"g-g-gone." her bottom lip trembling, as she stuttered and successfully blinked without any tears falling down. she then shook her head,"i-i'm not lost.. i saw f-floating i-islands and c-c-came ove-" the little pup hiccuped, stopping her sentence for a few seconds,"-er."

  • Something had happened to the little girl. He knew it, although it probably wasn't that hard to see. Padding over, the young wolf slightly went through his front paws to be at the same level. It reminded him of Moongleam as she had found him and his siblings in a basket. "Welcome to Blizzardclan then, Snowedin. I am Storm" he barked as he wagged his tail, trying to make her feel a bit better.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=; border:0px; width: 450px; font-size: 8pt;text-align:justify; color: #0f0f0f; margin-top: -6px]Grizfolk approached, smile vanishing when he noticed all the sad and worried faces. What was wrong, he wanted to ask, but could find no voice leaving him. His clanmates worry worried him, and he finally noticed the young child. Imaginary brows furrowing, the autistic fox sat down and watched the commotion.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 500px; text-align: justify; height: auto;]So she was alone. Lucina knew how that felt. After all, after her soul had been reborn here in a new body she'd awoken on a bed of daisy flowers with no family in sight. For the longest time it had Lucina on her own with no one else to look after her, until she had come here and found a new family to care for. "Well you're welcome to come and stay with us here in BlizzardClan if you liked. Everyone's really friendly. I'm sure they'd love to meet you!"

the small pup listened to the vice-leader's words carefully, velvety ears twitching slightly. did that mean to join? she gulped, ducking her head for a few moments to consider what to do. should she join? she didn't have anyone else. besides, everyone so far seemed nice... before she could let herself doubt the decision anymore, she lifted her head up and nodded,"okay!" the things the wolf was saying was drawing on her interests. she did want to meet everyone but she was still curious, shutting her mouth after the small yet excited squeak of a response she made.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0; width: 300px; height: auto;]
"Welcome to BlizzardClan, then, Snowedin," Mary would say with a small smile. Her parents were gone... it seemed like lots of children without parents were showing up nowadays. Was there some sort of thing out there killing their parents? She didn't like to think that there was a ghoul out there that was doing this. Maybe an Exiler? Her head hurt, from thinking about all of this.

Tama had been alone.. Completely alone, when she had joined. Being one month old, it wasn't as if she could have truly thought into a way of seeking the parents whom had lost her.. However, even so.. She hadn't been left with a single memory. Of course, by this point in time, she had discovered far more about herself, and that happened to bring relief to the small femme. Knowing of her past life was a little confusing, and she didn't even have enough pieces to complete the puzzle just yet.. However, she was getting there. "Ah, welcome to the clan!" The servaline would chirp, seating herself by Mary. "Tama Xerses, by the way! It's very nice to meet you! Is there anything you might need?"
