When they passed the iron archway, Nuala was standing waiting on them, a small smile on her face

"I thought you might've died." She commented and Jamie smiled slightly

Lillian watched him

"I didn't think you cared so much." He teased and she scoffed, "as if. It would've simply been a waste of potential." She growled and he laughed

She sighed a bit

Jamie glanced at her then down at his arm. Past his hands and wrists, which were still covered in scrawly writing, goosebumps were raising on his skin. Nuala frowned when she saw them then looked at him, "please tell me your just cold." She said and he shook his head. "I wish." He muttered and she looked worried

" Jamie, what is that? she asked softly, confused

"Well, you know how I told you that I thought I was psychic?" He asked then added, "I found out I'm a seer and when there's a supernatural threat nearby, I get goosebumps. It's like a warning system."
