im specifically looking for private threads atm, and id prefer that u guys are able to at least type a couple of good paragraphs with proper grammar and the like; i generally t ryy to at least match my partner, although if you're the type that does seven billion paragraphs ~~and by that i mean just like seven cri~~ im sorry my muse just won't always be able keep up with that, altho ill try

uhm, things u should prolly know? i really like to chat with/befriend my rp partners, either through pm or in the rp's ooc or on skype, since it makes it easier on poor socially inept me when it comes to actually talking about the plot- so, yeah, im looking for people who are willing to do that. my muse also varies a ton, and i can go from a decent five paragraphs to three terrible ones very easily

ok so actually what i'd like to rp,,, im mainly looking for bxb plots because im gay trash- if you absolutely cannot do bxb i may be willing to do bxg or gxg but the plot has to be amazing so apologies in advance if i say no to your idea

im up to really anything genre wise? tumblr plots are great, i love fantasy/medieval settings,,, go nuts

Looks like I found another awkward person like me looking to throw plots everywhere. Sounds fun! I recently created a character and have no clue what do with him. His name is Derek and he is so average it is sad (I made my sister create him so I can get out of comfort zone with characters). If you want I can click up his personality and stuff for you but to put it simple:
If you looked up boring in any book you'll be greeted by this pale boy's lovely face. Derek Miller, lacking a middle name is one of his only, few, quirks. He's 27, making a living working at Best Buy after recently just moving out of his house with his mum and pop-pop. This dirty blonde fringe-freak spends his time playing video games and doing the practice and study of dark arts. His dream is to never be average, to explore the world and meet mythical creatures and such (thinks wizards, dragons, not every day things). Yet he stays at home sipping his mocha-milkshake. (Think bland like Haru from Free! but a want to be hipster that likes sorcery.)
He also steals things (not really noticing that it is bad), he started when he was young and just liked collecting the items. We can do a plot (relationship or not, don't really care) where they are childhood friends and wish to stop being boring, deciding the leave home and live off what the world provides. Maybe a criminal story? Stealing gets them in trouble and they have to find a way to avoid the police? I'm not that great at plots to be honest.
I can do longer posts due to the fact that my muse is flowering and school is out for me. Again, plots I'm not too well shaped on right now, but we can probably think of something. Anyways, I eagerly await your reply, even no or yes, I still would openly accept it. Bye for now/

Sounds cool! I think let's put tumblr plots away for now, we don't need to go into that dark place just yet. Before we make the thread though, can we sketch out the basic idea? What I'm thinking is something like:
______ and Derek do something bad (stealing/carrying gun/domestic violence/something like that) and end up having to escape their home town (where they grew up together, maybe?) and find a way out of this mess they piled themselves into. However as they keep running something seems to be following them (NPC) and chase them till their last straw (chasing man be the fear inside themselves? Something weird. Maybe they were just in a desperate need to adventure).

Either that plot or:
______ and Derek and close friends, partners in crime as some say. Both have crime records, nothing of much seriousness (very serious if you want) but enough to get them known around town. When a plot to do (insert interesting thing here) goes wrong the friends are forced to flee their town and go find a new home. Hitchhiking, hiding in barns, making life off of the broken world. Suddenly the two face a trouble which has severe consequences that will shape their lives forever. No going back now.

I really have no clue but that is what came to mind.

Plot Ideas:

This is a fantasy plot with multiple characters and it is based off the fae world.

Muse A (your character), is a fae of the light, which basically means he's good. Though there are multiple other characters in the dark fae, which are bad.

Muse B (my character), a fae who doesn't know they are fae.

Plot:
Muse B has been running their whole life because they believe they are a monster. Muse B kills people because that's how she feeds, and doesn't know how to control it. So there are now a string of murder cases that all point to the same type of fae, but no one can find Muse B, the cause. Muse B shows up to Chicago after running from her last murder, and is staying in a fake home. Muse A realized this when they notice a dead body that matches all the others.

Muse A is a fae working as an undercover cop, and they are the ones who find out that Muse B is in Chicago, so Muse A goes to hunt Muse B down, and take her to the fae headquarters.
Muse B gets captured, and doesn't know what to do or think until the other fae fill them in on what they are doing here, and what world Muse B is apart of.

Muse A then begins to train Muse B to become a better fae, so this way when her judgement trial comes, she will be ready (judgement is when they choose light or dark).

This is another fantasy roleplay.

Muse A (your character), is a supernatural being (werewolf, angel, demon, etc).
Muse B (my character), is a human.

Muse B has transferred schools 7 times. They are now living on a small tropical island that is home to many people, including Muse A. Muse A is assigned to protect Muse B, because another supernatural being wants to kill Muse B. Though Muse A was instructed to keep at a distance.

Muse A then saves Muse B from (something), and Muse B wants to see Muse A again, thinking Muse A is like Muse B's spider man. Muse A and Muse B begin to meet in silence, and soon fall in love. But when the head finds out, Muse B and Muse A have to run for survival, because they didn't listen to directions.

Thread made!. I also realized I didn't answer your question on your last post of a starting point. I don't really know because beginnings of role-plays are always awkward. Maybe have them meet at Starbucks since Derek practically lives there? Maybe they can discuss what has been going on and stuff (because domestic) and then have them walk around the streets to talk about more plot related *.

weeeell i could just throw my tumblr prompt list here and you could also add some ideas from your own list? then we could go from there based on what we both like c:

prompts

a - muse and muse b both attend the same prestigious boarding school, but they've never so much as glanced in the other's general direction. muse a is a pretty outgoing and flirty heartthrob while muse b is a studious bookworm, so when the two spontaneously cross paths, an odd but promising friendship is the result. now the two must over come complicated and confusing obstacles to figure out their feelings and maybe become much more than just 'friends'. though it's complicated in a private school where student relationships are strictly off limits.

b - growing up in an urban upper-middle class family, muse a is the perfect example of a sheltered rich kid. they're a clean-cut, goody-goody type, the golden child, and unfortunately they’ve fallen hard for muse b, an older, rebellious delinquent who unlike muse a hasn't had the best childhood. behind their parents’ backs, muse a dates muse b, sneaking out with them and finding themselves deeper and deeper in a “real” world they know nothing about.

c - you were my best friend when we were younger but your family moved to the other side of the world, and we haven’t talked in years. but now your back and wow how did you recognize me when i can’t even remember your name?

d - Person A is harassed by a random stranger in a club and people B is watching. After a while Person B steps in and pretends to be Person A’s partner even though they never have seen each other before. Person A just goes with it, but the random stranger is so persistent and doesn’t believe they are a couple that Person A grabs Person B’s neck and kisses them. Somehow both of them don’t back out of the kiss, because, hell can we never stop pretending?

e - Imagine your OTP where one is the Fully Functional Adult™ and the other has been living off of coffee and fruit snacks for three days straight.

f - Person A has given up on love. Nope. Love is not for them. Forget that…. And then they meet person B and think; “Annnd this is the jerk who will ruin everything.”

g - Okay, so I just ran away from home, and I didn’t bring a map, so I have no idea where I am, so can I just please take it and stop arguing over the last map in the box?
->Also goes with the Oh, you ran away too, and you have no idea where you wanna go either, so can we share the map and head somewhere together?
