    ten minutes later, the brunette had set up a blanket, placing the two baskets she had carefully packed in the center. the sun was out, the birds were chirping, the grass was green, everything was great. it was perfect weather for a picnic, minus the wind that decided to blow through occasionally. plopping down with a smile, giana would sit cross-legged. she was dressed casually in shorts and a t-shirt, fiddling slightly with a necklace in one hand while scrolling through her instagram feed with the other.

    The multiple exclamation points are necessary, shhh. With an overlarge T-shirt hanging off her shoulders and exposing her sharp, jutting collarbones; and a pair of sweatpants colored neon green, she pushes out of her house to walk (coughing intermittently) to the park. She soon arrives, a little late, a little tired, and sits herself down near Giana. "Hi," she says, trying to inject some enthusiasm into her voice despite her pounding headache.
