    Rizon felt her heart sink, watching as the man readied to pull the trigger. That was until another girl came running, calling out thst she had a gun.


    The pressure on her body and forehead was released as the guy stood up, kicking Rizon in the ribs off to the side and pointing the gun at the stranger. "If you tell anyone about this I'll find you!" He shouted, turning and running into the darkness.


    Rizon gasping for air, scared, and trying to let her eyes focus on the dimmed world. Opening her mouth slowly, letting startled words spill out, "T-thank you..."

    After Brady spoke about the dangers of the park, she scooted closer to him, her eyes alert and focused. The walk to the park was a short one, and they were quiet as anybody could be. When they reached the park, her eyes noticed two figures in the distance. "There's two girls up ahead" she told Brady, who was walking right in front of her.


    Cautiously she had her hand on the gun, just in case, and it made her feel slightly in control. They came closer and she tilted her head to one of them, they looked in distress and on the ground. Very carefully she began moving quicker to the girl and she came a couple of footsteps away. "Hey, you alright?"

    Tessa's slender build tensed up as the unknown man looked her dead in the eyes. Keeping the glare, he stomach turned in a knot as he threatened her and disappeared.


    Frozen for a moment, her heart racing she soon came back into reality and slowly crept towards the girl on the ground. Wincing at the painful kick to her ribs, she kneeled down beside her, "we -you need to do something about those ribs," she muttered, knowing she was on her own, "maybe ice them?"


    She wanted to help the girl, she really did, but she wasn't in any position to start making friends, being on her own was hard enough and she didn't want the weight of her world to fall on others'.


    Two silhouettes approached them and at first, Tess thought it was the previous man with backup. Red hair and curly hair made their way slowly towards them, they seemed harmless.


    A sigh of relief escaped her plump lips as he noticed the redhead was friendly, asking if the girl in front of her ways okay.
