How long had Dean been travelling for? A day? A week? He couldn't remember, he was too tired. It was growing cooler; over the far horizon, he caught sight of the setting sun. Night would be falling soon. The male idled, his brows furrowed, his dark gaze narrowed. He sucked in a long breath, ears perked. WindClan. No, this wasn't where his brother was - as much as he wanted to reach Sammy as soon as possible, he couldn't do it safely. Not like this, not while he was so fatigued. "Right. Rest up for the night, haul ass first thing in the morning," he muttered to himself, turning to face the border he stood about a foot away from.

Dean's tail bobbed back and forth, and he rose his eyebrows, leaning forward just slightly to glance around WindClan's territory. He hoped someone would find him soon; he had no doubt that if they didn't, he would pass out then and there and not wake up for a good month or so. "Hello?" he called out, voice gruff.

[fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px solid #000000; width: 440px;]There was a ton of people coming by asking to join or visit this week, it was like dam breaking open and overflooding the camp. By now, Kate could generally tell what someone's intent was crossing the border to their territory just by looking in their eyes. Dean looked a bit unsure and confused, and because of that the tiny rabbit had a feeling this guy wasn't planning to stay. [b]"Excuse me, sir. This is Windclan territory. Can I help you?" she asked in a patient, polite tone.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; bordercolor=transparent; width: 325px;]A feminine voice met Dean's ears, and immediately he glanced up, blinking twice in confusion when he couldn't put the words to a face. Finally he looked down, catching sight of the.. bunny. He quirked his brows; he had never visited a clan before, but considering everything he'd heard, he hadn't expected to be greeted by a fluffy little rabbit. "Uh.. yeah, yeah you can." He glanced around, wondering if this was a distraction, or if anyone else was going to come over and greet him. He gave a breath laugh, tilting his head. "..I just guess I never expected to be greeted by my potential lunch." The young tom cleared his throat, his humorous smile disappearing. Inwardly, he cringed - he doubted rabbit girl had found that as funny as he had, but there was no taking back his words now. Oh well. "..Right. Anyway, I'm Dean. Winchester. I'm on a little road trip, I guess, and I was hoping I could crash here for the night."

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 420px; text-align: justify; font-family: verdana; font-size: 11px;]"So long as you promise not to eat any members of the clan, you can." first, a rabbit, and next, a child - did WindClan have any regular adults? Maybe, maybe not, but for now, the only people present to visit the wanderer were either prey animals or youths, and Dean would have to deal with that. Tugging his blanket into place, the young boy made his way over, halting beside Kate and looking at the feline. He'd quickly adapted to the presence of rabbits in the clan - he'd already seen two, and even though he'd always assumed that hares and rabbits were main prey here, considering they lived on the moors, he didn't think twice about viewing Kate and Drippingpaw as normal people. It was how the clan worked.

Halting a few feet from the larger feline, Redkit blinked a few times, focusing wide sapphire eyes on the male. "I think you can, at least. My name's Redkit - pleased to meet you, Mr. Winchester."

  • [fancypost bgcolor= transparent; border: 1px transparent; width: 450px; font-family: times new roman; auto;]Perhaps Windclan was a bit strange with their increased number of children and prey animals than other clans, but the long-furred Maine Coon hadn't exactly noticed. "As R-Red said, there is n-no p-problem with you s-staying in Windclan," murmured the chocolate tabby softy, a very faint but warm smile appearing on her maw, "It's a p-pleasure to meet you, D-Dean. I am P-Padmé Amidala."[/fancypost]

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; bordercolor=transparent; width: 325px;]A kitten. Sean's gaze flitted over to Redkit, and he tipped his chin back just a bit, chewing on the inside of his lip. He was quite relieved that he was allowed in; he knew he could've just slept in the loner lands, but that would've been incredibly dangerous, given his.. circumstances. "Thanks, kid," he murmured, reaching up to scratch at the back of his neck. He added good-naturedly, "I'll try my best."

And then - finally, another adult. Or, well, someone as close to adult as he was. Couldn't actually say he was quite there yet. The young tom looked over to Padmè, pausing for a moment before offering her a charming smile. She was cute, there was no denying that. "Pleasure to meet you too, Padmè." He stepped carefully into WindClan's territory, over the border, and returned his gaze to her. "Ah - pretty name, by the way." Yes, this was definitely Dean - flirting the moment he caught sight of anything remotely female and around his age.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=; borderwidth=0px; bordercolor=; width: 430px;]"Potential lunch. Oh, she does look delicious doesn't she?" The fu dog spoke with a cheery tone as he made his way over. A chuckle left his maw as he walked over with a grin stretching his maw wide. Oh, that was a good one and he allowed his vivid yellow gaze to slid over Kate for a moment before looking at the guy who was apparently visiting for some reason or another. Though why anyone wanted to visit this dump of a place was beyond him. Sitting down the mythical beast would dip his head in greeting. "Though she is hardly a mouthful. Anyway, I suggest you skip this part of town. It isn't as cozy as it looks."

[fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px solid #000000; width: 440px;]Kate had already tensed up at the statement Dean made, but didn't think he'd actually go so far as try and kill her. But as soon as the others came along she tried to sink into the crowd and hide, standing beside Padmè in silence. The tiny rabbit was not surprised by Wraith's arrival and statement about her anymore at this point, and she decided to shut herself out from the scene. She was already mortified enough this weekend, she did not want to provoke it any further.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px; width: 400px; maxheight:; text-align: justify]"Pretty name for a pretty taken woman," the lion asserted smoothly, before Cos showed up and- what, made growly noises, maybe? Caveman-esque displays of possessiveness? Anyway, B thought it was best to make that known, before anything potentially embarrassing happened, although if that was the case, part of him didn't want to intervene. It'd give him something to finally laugh about. "Name's Boypaw, but you can call me B or Boy, but if you're here for only the night, my name doesn't really matter." Just a night, huh? He wondered if that would change.

The apprentice's gaze narrowed at Wraithstatic, but he didn't speak to him, because it only fueled the guy's mouth, instead addressing Dean once more. "Anyway, you need anything else? A few directions around camp, maybe?"

  • [fancypost bgcolor= transparent; border: 1px transparent; width: 450px; font-family: times new roman; auto;]The petite advisor paused her answer to Dean's flirtatious compliment, her golden optics shooting towards Wraithstatic at his comment to Kate. She curling her tail protectively around the little rabbit, bending down to gently press her nose to the top of the girl's head before she turned her amber gaze back towards their newest visitor, a faint smile appearing on her maw for a brief second at Boypaw's remark. "T-thank you, Dean," mewed Padmé softly, pausing before adding, "Someone c-can show you t-to a c-cabin you can s-stay in."

Was this was Wintersolider and Kate was talking about? [/fancypost]

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; bordercolor=transparent; width: 325px;]Dean blinked at Wraithstatic, one of his ears flicking to the side, a subtle sign of his interest. Huh - so this wasn't the nicest of places, then? Why? He doubted somewhere could be too horrible if it housed bunny rabbits and little kids, but whatever. His whiskers twitched. "Look, I'm not expecting a five star hotel. I can bet you plenty that I've seen worse places. Just need somewhere to get some shut-eye where I'm at least fifty percent sure I won't get mauled to death, and the percentages sure as hell aren't that high out there." He gestured behind him, in the direction of the loner lands.

"Anyway-" A yawn caught him mid-sentence, "Anyway, as fun as this little gathering is, I'm getting little splotches of black in my vision and I don't really think that's a good sign. Directions to camp would be great, thanks." He looked back over to Padmé, again offering her a smile. He'd heard Boypaw, saying that she was taken, so of course he wouldn't make any more moves - but she was still pretty.

It would give her a chance to get Kate away from Wraithstatic. Golden optics dropping back down to the rabbit, Padmé would flick her tail slightly, indicating that the girl should join her. [fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px solid #000000; width: 440px;]Oh thank goodness. Kate was more then thankful for the advisor's suggestion, nodding in response. [b]"I can get you some food and water while you get settled in." She offered to Dean, it sounded like a polite offer (which it was, in part) but was mostly an excuse for her to get out of this area and follow Padmè without looking ridiculous to her other clanmates. She got to her feet and prepared to follow after her.
