She smiled and curled her head against him. She let a low purr rumble through her chest as she laid near him.

Listening to her purr made the tabby tom drift off to sleep

What seemed like a few heart beats later, Dewthief woke. It had been sun high when he had dozed off, but looking out of the den he saw that night was creeping over head. He stretched his cramped legs, wondering if he should bother waking Nightwalker so they could go for a walk.

Nightwalker felt Dewthief shift and she opened her eyes slightly. She looked at him and brushed her muzzled against his cheek. "Hello..." She said as she stretched a bit.

Dewthief looked down at her "Im sorry i didnt mean to wake you"

"You didn't wake me. I was already awake."She told him and she licked his cheek and smiled at him.

He licked her ears "If you say so," he purred slowly

Nightwalker purred when Dewthief licked her ears. She reached up and nuzzled his neck a bit.

He looked at her with loving eyes "So are you still up for that walk?" he asked

Nightwalker nodded to him happily. "Yes, of course." She purred before licking his paw.

"We dont have to you know" he meowed reminding her that she could stay here

"Why? Do you not want to go?" She asked as she looked up at him.

He shook his head, "No i do its just you look tired."

"I'm not tired..." She said smiling. Truth was she hadn't slept since he did and she was tired, but she wasn't going to let Dewthief find that out.

Dewthief sighed he wasn't going to argue with her

She licked him softly and smiled. She liked being around him, he made her happy. "Okay lazy bones, if we're going to walk...let's get going." She said as she nuzzled him a bit.
