    Fireblaze looked around the camp. He was so bored and lonely.
    Echoflower stared into the trees and wished someone would talk to her. She was lonely and she yawned.

    Amberfur saw Echoflower and walked up to her "Whats up?"


    Silverstar watched his clan from the outside of his Den

    "Nothing much. Want to go hunting?" Echoflower answered.
    Fireblaze walked up to Echoflower and Amberfur. "I'll be your guard."

    Mistyclaw and Whispergaze walked up to the hunting group.
    "I'll join the hunting patrol." Mistyclaw said.
    "And I'll help guard it." Whispergaze meowed.

    Aquapaw walked up to Silverstar. "When are you going to announce my mentor? Who will be my mentor?"
    Skywatcher was guarding the entrance of the camp.

    "I have decided to make Mistyclaw your mentor." He quickly padded over to Mistyclaw and asked "could you mentor Aquapaw?" he hadn't asked earlier so he asked before she went on a hunt.

    "Of course! She is an energetic apprentice." Mistyclaw bowed her head at her leader. She bounded out of camp with the hunting patrol.
    Whispergaze followed behind the group.

    Aquapaw squealed with excitement. She was going to start training to be a prey-hunter. "Can I come hunting?" She asked Mistyclaw.


    "Have fun hunting!" Skywatcher mewed as the hunting patrol walked by.

    Silverstar looked around the camp as the hunting group walked out. There were not enough guards to protect the camp.
    "Whispergaze, stay here to help guard the camp." Silverstar said sternly.


    Amberfur looked around at Whispergaze and sighed. She was excited to go hunting with him but now he was to stay behind. She followed the hunting group out of camp.

    Echoflower led the group of cats out of the camp and sniffed the air as they entered the forest. Vole. She signaled with her tail for the group to stop. She stocked the vole and killed it with a swift bite.

    "Nice!" Mistyclaw said but inside she was jealous cause she wanted to be deputy.


    Whispergaze nodded to the leader and sat down beside Skywatcher to guard the entrance.

    Silverstar hated being stern with his warriors. But he need them to guard his camp! "oh well." he sighed. His mate had died not too long ago and he missed her so much. He looked around, There wasn't anyone who had showed interest in him. Oh well he thought. He was still a young leader so he knew there must be one. He just had to wait for star clans decision.


    Amberfur stalked a rabbit. When she got close enough she shot forward and killed it with a quick bite to its neck. She mewed in triumph and brought it back to the group

    Mistyclaw tasted the air and the smell of thrush was in the air. She walked closer to the source. She could hear it pecking at seeds. She ran at it with full speed. She tripped on a root but her chest squished the thrush beneath her weight. She carried it back to the group.

    Amberfur laughed at the squished thrush and showed her rabbit kill. "What happened to your thrush she said with amusement.


    Silverstar lay in his den just praying to starclan for a sign

    "Umm... it was squished underneath my powerful paws and... jaws!" she said proudly. She turned away quickly to search for more prey. She caught a mouse and it wasn't squished this time.

    Amberfur still laughed about it for a little. She then focused her attetion onto the scents around her. She caught the sent of a Rabbit! She padded towards the scent and saw it nibbling on some grass.With a burst of speed she shot forward and snapped its neck. She then brought it back to the group.

    Mistyclaw brought her mouse back to the group. She picked up her prey. "I think I have enough. Let's head back."

    Echoflower had caught a vole and rabbit. She waited for everyone to come back.
    Fireblaze sniffed the air. Stale fox.
