Sonic the Hedghog Roleplay, Anyone?

Well, I haven't seen very many Sonic Rp's out there, and I just wanted to add one more active roleplay onto the long list of them.
That's my reason, though as for the plot, I have a few ideas- though I'm open to suggestions! If none, we can start off with one and go on from there.
About the characters, I don't mind if you play an Original Character or not. If your playing a OC (which I will be) just fill out the form for them below.
I do have rules though.

~No Godmodding
~Please try to avoid giving Cannon Characters powers or forms they dont have cannonically.
~Don't bully people. It's just stupid.
~Under NO circumstances will you kill a character unless they belong completely to you alone, or of you have permission from the character's user.
~Pie
~There cannot be two sets of Chaos Emeralds in one dimension, same going for the Sol Emeralds and the Master Emerald.
~if a character is killed, they can only be revived with all seven Chaos Emeralds or the Master Emerald, though only ONCE. If they die again after that they can become a ghost or spirit/similar, though they aren't coming back to life. EVER.
~PLEASE no OOC drama/arguments. Nobody really has time for that...
~Gore is allowed, but put a warning first. Some people (excluding me) dont like reading that kind of stuff.
/And while we're on that note, anything over PG13, put it in a spoiler with a title saying 'OVER PG13' or similar, otherwise someone's will click it anyway. They MIGHT not wanna read that...
~Put the rule that didn't fit from the list in your post when choosing/submitting a character.

Species (Anthro, Human, Robot, Robian*?): He's quite literally a living shadow, albeit he is much more physical looking than any other shadow.

If Anthro or Robian, what animal?: He resembles the demented love child between darkness and something with claws.

Good Traits: Patient. Nice. Cares about others. Attentive.

Bad Traits: Hard to calm down once he gets angry. Not good with crowds. Constantly anxious to the point of needing medicine of fairly high dosage to handle it.

Any Powers?: He can change the size and shape of his body, although it takes time to make things bigger or smaller. He can create powerful barriers out of sheer willpower. And unlike most, he can absorb to both the negative and positive energies of a Chaos Emerald without any negative effects aside from being exhausted after changing back to normal. However he only uses both energies as a last resort. He also possesses a cane that he likes to walk with because he likes to look fancy, and a rapier, which he claims to be a master with, but few have ever seen the blade unsheathed, and those who have don't want to talk about it.
