[justify]summary;; a rabbit does not see lorna as a threat and therefore casually walks away. she is stunned. she must have gone invisible.

the most recent power lorna had unlocked was telekenisis. or was it telepathisis? she doesn't remember. anyways, most recent power. the poor thing had slammed her fat body into a tree trunk at full speed, causing a few leaves to drift to the ground. 'oh boy!' she'd exclaimed at this, not even one bit bothered by her hat falling as well, 'i must have a new power!' this time is no different, but lorna is lorna, which means her enthusiasm is stuck on extreme.

it started when her tummy began to rumble. fat cats must eat more than the average cat, or else they wouldn't be fat, and the orange-pelted wizard is no exception to this. she is starving. it has been, what, three whole hours since her last meal? golly gee, that's way too long!! seeing as she didn't have any big strong adult friends to go with her, she knew she had to hunt by herself. this makes her think of her parents. she misses them a lot.

hunting. minute sixteen. hour one. prey spotted. a gray rabbit, ears alert and nose twitching, stands but a few feet in front of her. lorna narrows her big round eyes. the rabbit does nothing. lorna crouches to the ground. the rabbit does nothing. lorna begins to creep towards the rabbit, who is still doing nothing. and then she freezes. the rabbit, in a dramatic turn of events, has locked its beady little eyes with hers. she doesn't move a muscle. the rabbit is not threatened by the rather obese feline in front of it, as it has been watching her creep unsuccessfully around the field for sixteen minutes now.

and so the rabbit leaves. it looks at lorna. blinks. and leaves. it doesn't even seem to be in a hurry. lorna is astonished. there could only be one reason the rabbit walked away. one factor that contributed to its escape. one thing. one power.

    lorna had gone invisible.

upon reaching this realization, she squeals loudly, tail waving behind her. "i'm invisible! i'm invisible!" she yells despite being one hundred percent visible.

    this cracked me up xD

[ic.] Hunting was something Samantha wasn't overly fond of. It was a lot of work, so little payoff: besides that, the last time she had tried to down a grouse, she had ended up emptying the contents of her stomach into nearby heather. Maybe the meat had been bad: Samantha hadn't been keen on testing it once more, the metallic taste of blood on her tongue causing her stomach to churn uncomfortably. This didn't keep her from attempting to hunt every once and a while- nibbling on grass and leaves simply wasn't sufficing for Samantha. The soft, rhythmic thump of small feet against soil indicated prey nearby, causing the lioness to immediately drop to a crouched position, small ears angled forward to catch the small movements from the rabbit. Reaching a paw slowly forward, Samantha crept through the underbrush, following the footprints of the rabbit carefully as she moved. Silence engulfed the moor as she stilled her body, earthen gaze fixed upon the prey animal. The rabbit was, currently, unaware of the fact that the lioness was tracking them. The champagne big cat took another slow step forward, pausing her ministrations as the rabbit gazed forward for what seemed to be an unusual amount of time, before turning and hopping away. Claws sinking into the earth below, Samantha's muscles tensed as she prepared to spring from the tall grass, shoulders lowering before-

    "I'm invisible! I'm invisible!"

Irritation shot heatedly through her veins as the rabbit dashed off into the brush, causing Samantha to rise to her full stature. The sight of an overweight feline was not one she had expected, let alone one that was completely visible. Expression twisting into a frown, the lioness plopped unceremoniously into a seated position, gaze raking accusingly over the domestic feline that seemed to have gotten so excited over quite literally nothing. Light pink tongue grazing across the lightened fur of her muzzle, the lioness let out a huff. "I hate to burst your bubble," she commented wryly, lifting up a paw to swipe over one of her ears. "But you're plain as day, and just costed me a rabbit." Samantha pointed out, unaware of the fact that Lorna had her gaze set on the same prey not only a minute beforehand.

It was unclear if his question had been genuine or sardonic. He gave the retreating figure of the rabbit a fleeting glance before his attention returned to Lorna. The young guardian still remembered vividly being present when Lorna had first came to WindClan. She was an odd young girl to say the least, calling herself a master wizard or some other name of that nature. His adoptive mother, Eskimokisses had been patient enough to play along with the red feline but Praguekit possessed no such patience. In fact, the young Siberian tiger cub had initially mistaken it for a special rank of some sort belonging to a distant clan. When he realised that he had been mistaken, he could not help but feel as if he had been tricked by Lorna even if the overweight feline was completely unaware of the "trickery". "I c-can, uh, see y-you just fine."
