basically the plot i remember is: Omori wakes up from a dream that is "It Never Ends," minus Oli dying. Going to the beach or place where there is a giant body of water, and Oli is bleeding and half-drowned on the floor. Recognizing him, Omori freaks out and calls 911. Omori gets taken with the ambulance with Oli, and is checked up on the hospital. As soon as zombies invade the hospital, Omori gets Oli out of the hell that is that hospital for safety and together they try to survive.

The screeching of the dead echoed in his ears, the hospital lights flickering. The undeads bodies dragged themselves like a hivemind to a pair of surgeon doors. Inside the room, doctors huddled and hastily tried to patch up the bleeding figure on the operation table. The words, "It never ends," was last he heard before his eyes opened up to a white ceiling. Omori was in a cold sweat, choking after an attempt to keep in a scream. Getting up to get a drink of water, Omori stared at the doorway outside of his apartment that he hadn't much touched for a good five years. There was an odd pull, a sudden urge to grab the doorknob, open the door and run out. Finishing the glass, he placed it down on the counter and slowly inched towards the door. His hand was practically shaking until it cusp around the doorknob and it was opened. The first step out felt so odd and awful, normally Omori would step back inside and not emerge until another five years had passed. The outside in his mind was better; much better. But something had him walk to whatever his gut pulled him too. Until walking to a place he didn't even recognize, he was staring at a bloody, wet, and unconscious body on the shore.

Jesus. Suddenly, Omori himself couldn't breathe. His hands picking up his cellphone and calling 911. After stating his location, and being told to keep the body alive with CPR and breathing help before cringing, the ambulance came their way to pick up the body. Omori was taken with the ambulance.

    Now, it begiiiiins.
