    A shadowy figure could be seen amongst the bones of the dragon skeleton. It was Kylo, of course, doing some exploring.


    The serval was busy admiring the many shadowy places the long-dead dragon created, as well as the atmosphere. A wonderful place to practice the mastery of his powers. First off, conjuration. This one was the easiest by far. Kylo conjured a small bird and watched it flutter away, confused.


    Second, invisibility. This was one ability that Kylo had some stutters with from time to time; sometimes it would take a while to fully flicker into invisibility. He did so now, melting into the shadows and disappearing from sight. The young wildcat traveled a few feet and then stopped, emerging from his invisible state. Now he was fully visible, and ready for the next test. Scent manipulation.


    With a short intake of breath, Kylo focused and called upon his power, melding the scents around him. His own scent was first to go, cast away and replaced with that of pine trees and freshly fallen rain. Then the ground he was standing on, with its patches of withered grass. It began to smell faintly of strawberries. That's not what I wanted! he would think, concentrating more. Soon the smell of berries faded and was replaced with the sharp tang of blood. Perfect.


    Of course Kylo had to ability of telepathy, but he wasn't prepared to test it out here, without anyone to talk to. Sure, there was Hux, but well...that was Hux. He didn't feel like talking to Hux. Not right now anyway. If he wanted to talk to Hux all he had to do was send a well-placed thought and BOOM, done deal. Mental bonds were not very fun.


    The figure sat down and sighed, looking around the scenery of his new home. The dragon skeleton was by far his favourite part. Kylo closed his eyes briefly, letting the pine-fresh and bloody scents of his own created atmosphere wash over him.

The Lion watched in silence- manipulating the sound waves to silence his breathing, and then turn invisible. His eyes did not leave Kylo for a moment- noting what he did right, and what he did wrong. As the Apprentice seemed to finish sparring with thin air, Vader made his breathing audible, and flickered into visibility, walking down the spine, then taking a seat at the skull.

    The tiny drake had been attracted by the smell of some thing sweet, aka, strawberries. They smelled nice. Curiousity took over him, making him go on a quest to find out what that smell belonged to. Sadly, an npc had attached a bell on his neck, to know where he was, considering he wandered a lot. So he made a small tinkling noise whenever he walked or moved. Funny thing was, they would have probably heard him before they saw him, a distant tinkling noise was being heard, before he waddled out of a nearby bush. Not exactly paying any mind to the two rather darkly dressed males, he wandered between and around their feet, aimlessly, trying to find the source of the sweet scent, that was unfortunately replaced by a tangy scent. He finally stood in front of Kylo, just looking around, before turning to look up at Kylo, considing he was only a few inches tall.

    Kylo looked over calmly at Lord Vader as he appeared, and nodded. "Thank you, master." he replied gratefully, dipping his head very slightly. He was about to say something else but was interrupted by the appearance of...a little duck. "Hello." the serval said quietly, crouching down and tilting his head. Was this food? It seemed very friendly, so perhaps it was some sort of baby clan member.

    Woah. This guy was insanely tall.
    Slightly intimidated by the Serval's almost colossal size compared to Theo, he stepped back for a moment, before craning his fuzzy gold and black brown neck to gaze at the other, before accidently looking up too high he keeled over. Tiny wings flapped rapidly as he fell over, quickly picking himself up, he looked back at Kylo, making sure to not lean back so far." Tweet."

    "Don't eat it." he ordered, looking down at his apprentice, then glancing at the duck. As it fell over and acted ungodly cute, an odd, chuffing noise eased its way out of the grill of Vader's mask- an unsettling and mechanical chuckle.

    "Apprentice. Match the duck's scent."

    Kylo looked at the little duck once more, the corners of his mouth twitching slightly. "Yes, master." he replied, feeling the smallest around him bend and change, blending in perfectly with the smell of the little duck. Now he smelled...exactly the same as the tiny bird. It was strange, and Kylo wondered how the small duck would react.

    Theo made very loud and several quacking noises when Kylo smelled like him. Kylo must be another duckling too!! He then darted over to Kylo and began cuddling his leg, while emitting small quaking noises, rubbing his head against the emo sith's leg.

The dark lord gives a little "humpf" watching the duck, and assumed it didn't understand him. "Apprentice." He directs again, having turned this into a lesson.
    "This duck is undoubtedly 'cute', yes? What if they are the child of the Resistance leader? What do you do?" he asked mentally, quizzing him.
