Experiment after experiment, the number of the unnatural humans continues to grow. And with this great power gifted to some of these people, follows chaos and destruction. Some are gifted with the power to destroy. Super Villains- is what society calls them. Planning, waiting, even dedicating their entire life to eliminate everyone in their path and take over the world. Don't worry, though. Not everyone with powers are like that. This is where the superheroes step in.

Superheroes- a common term used by many to describe individuals with extraordinary traits. This could be an actual person with powers, or just an average joe.

Formed in groups, or even just by themselves, Superheroes dedicated their life to saving the civilians- the innocents. They take on the job of taking down the villains so the government wont have to (plus they all know the government doesn't possess the kind of power that amounts to some villains.)

There's a small group of superheroes that reside in the bustling city of Los Angeles, California. Composed of six friends, the group gave themselves the name of 'The Soveriegn Coalition'- also shorted to The Soveriegn or just S.C, the name soon stuck with the people. The Sovereign are a tight-knit bunch who have been working with each other since their teen years. As years began to pass by, more and more problems began to arise, causing them to become a bit sloppy with their work. That wasn't good. Not at all. The Sovereigns' sloppyness led to the death of innocent civilians, and you can believe it that the people were not happy. They were far from it. Some began to riot, questioning whether The Sovereign were heroes or monsters themselves. It wasn't long before the government got a hold of this situation and started coming up with a plan to tame the six. A petition, it would be. Formed by the government of the USA as well as hundreds of other rulers from different countries and continents, the purpose was to get The Soverign under their control or else they would have to retire.

Members of the S.C didn't take this petition so well. Some of them agreed while the others did not. This led to a major conflict between the group. The problem had gotten so serious until the point they decided that fighting was the only way to solve it. It was a 3v3- friend against friend, hero against hero. Though it was three against three, the divided S.C began to recruit more superhumans for the upcoming war with one another. It turned utter chaos. Fighting against each other, they became enemies of the government. People were dying and the war wasn't going to stop until a side won. While the Sovereign are fighting with themselves, they also have to fight against the government.

The situation doesn't take long for it to take a turn for the worst. This attracted the villains- like a dog attracted to meat. This was their chance. Their enemies were too busy ripping each other apart to focus on the rest of world. It wouldn't take much to just slip in and take them out without a hassle, right?

It's like WWIII and many are dying. Will the Soverign get over themselves and join back together in time to save the world, or will they tear it apart along with themselves?

POWER(S) // As Spectre, Parks wasn't born with powers, instead she was experimented on and given a suit. The powers that come with the suit are enhanced speed, strength, and vision. Parks has weapons built into her suit as well. The Ripper- is what she calls the twin blades that rest in a compartment just above her wrists. All it takes is just a small swipe before the two blades shoot out, sending an electrical shock through the opponent. If the shock doesn't kill you, the blade itself will. Its quick and easy to use- making it the ideal weapon for quick and quiet stealth attacks. Though after heavy use, it takes time to recharge.

[font=georgia][color=#666666]FULL PERSONALITY // Nearly nothing is known about Spectre. Any information that the government or any type of organization held on her is gone- erased completely. Parks made sure of it. The only person that knows about Spectre is Spectre herself. Research, documents, you name it- you won't find much listed about her. As the average human, Parks' impulsive and aggressive behavior is something that doesn't go unnoticed about her. Due to her mental illness of BPD, she has a hard time controling her temper when she's angry. Once you get Parks ticking, it's only a matter of seconds before she blows up- and let me tell you, the outcome is never good. She doesn't think before she acts, instead she likes to see it as 'actions speak louder than words'. If she wants to get her point across, she'll probably beat it into you. Knowing this, most people try to avoid Parks, or at least attempt to stay off her radar.

Distant is one of many ways to describe the mysterious Parks. You may find her drifting away in her thoughts. It may not seem like it, but Parks is a quiet person, usually wrapped up in a world of imagination. You can say she has an over-active mind. You could never understand exactly what Parks is thinking. Some of the things that appear in her head would really shock you. If you happen to ask about it, she'll simply wave it off and tell you to 'mind your own damn business'. Parks doesn't like talking about what goes on in her mind or her feelings. And for that reason, Parks will push you away. This causes any kind of relationship Parks has to become difficult to maintain. Usually, she'll get upset that they worry too much and should stop trying to pry while the other person gives up on her. Parks is just a woman who struggles to open up and let people in, no matter how hard she tries.

Due to her distant nature, Parks is perceived as a coldhearted person who cares for nobody but herself. In some ways and others, it's kind of true. Parks is cold. She'll push you away without considering your feelings. The more someone tries to get close to Parks, the further she'll draw herself away. The thought of being attached to an individual scares her, though deep down she fears that everyone she cares for will toss her away like she never mattered to them. Along with inexperience and fear of falling for an individual, showing and receiving large amounts of affection is something foreign to Parks. She always shuts those feelings out before she or someone else has the chance to grow an adoration.

With Parks' violent behavior, she's very reckless and stubborn. Once Parks is hooked on something, you can't persuade her into anything else. If her mind is set, her mind is set- even if it's a bad idea. With that, Parks tends to get herself into bad situations she can't get out of.

FULL APPEARANCE DESCRIPTION // Parks is an attractive young woman standing at the height of 5'7" and weighing 130 pounds. She has medium-lengthed chocolate brown hair that cascades down her shoulders and stops a bit below her breast. Parks' hair is also shaved on both sides, the right side sports two stripes[or more/none], unlike the left. it is then parted above the striped patch and flipped to the left. Facial wise, Parks has almond-shaped eyes with slightly dark rings underneath due to lack of sleep. Her orbs are a mysterious pale green that you may even consider to be grey. It's hard to tell. Above her eyes rests her eyebrows- the right brow trimmed to match the stripes in her hair. Parks also sports a small nose ring that she wears time to time.

As the villain Spectre, Park wears a suit. It looks like that of something a soldier in the military would wear. Covered in protective plates and other gear, the suit is secure, but easy enough for Parks to maneuver around in without a problem. Parks' suit also has a voice synthesized voice that sounds more like a male rather than a female. It's for identity protection.

FULL APPEARANCE DESCRIPTION // The first thing one will notice about Magnus is his messy pastel pink locks which has a slightly wiry and coarse appearance to it and his earthy brown, almond eyes. The creases beneath his eyes are relatively prominent when he stands in the right light, bags set nearly hidden beneath his orbs. His alabaster skin has proven to have been kept in superb condition, and when exposed to sunlight for a few hours, his skin tans lightly to a sandy complexion. When he smiles, his cheeks and the skin underneath his lids wrinkle up gently, revealing perfectly linear dimples along his cheeks. His teeth are not perfectly straight or a shimmering pearly white, but they are maintained very well and are kept immaculate. As for his lips, they are thin and rosy and are often found creeping into a crooked and coy smirk or pressed together as a thin line. Magnus' aquiline nose is also another prominent feature on his face, balancing his features out in a humble manner.

[font=georgia][color=#666666]FULL PERSONALITY // rae has a temper; that's probably the first thing people will tell you when you ask about the spirited young girl. it really doesn't take much to get her mad, and you realy don't want to be there when she is. where most people would count to ten and walk away, rae tends to get violent, and whether this violence comes in the form of a string of curses or a fist to the face is really dependent on what the offender has done to anger her.

all of rae's decisions seem to be made on impulse and gut feeling; she's certainly a 'shoot first, ask questions later' kind of girl who never hesitates to carry out even the most badly thought out plans no matter what those around her do to try and stop her. in fact, she pretty much never does what she is told, and one sure-fire way to get her to do what you want is to instruct her to do the exact opposite.

isn't all her standoffish and aggressive attitude makes her appear to be. she's extraordinarily brave, to the point of recklessness, and never backs down from a challenge or hesitates to speak her mind. in fact she is a rather blunt girl, who says things how she sees them and doesn't even know the meaning of the word 'passive'.

rae's eyes are certainly brown, though their exact shade leaves much up to debate - in some lights they appear to be almost golden in hue, whereas in darker conditions they seem to approach a shade of brown far closer to the colour of dark chocolate.

His frame is tiny, as he only stands five feet four inches, and only weighs one-twenty pounds. despite his small stature, the boy is speedy. his legs, the main source of height on him, are lean, after years of running track, and give him almost inhuman speed. his hair is a chocolaty brown, is very soft, and hardly ever looked like he wants it to. his skin is extremely pale, and burns easily. he opts for skinny jeans and a tee-shirt, sometimes the suit he wears while superheroing. as a superhero he wears a black suit bodysuit, with silver accents, flexible black boots, and a mask that covers his eyes.
