cherryclan is not very new. it's an older clan that's stayed in their territory and minded their own business. it was created by a feline by the name of moon. he was a handsome tomcat, with silvery fur and round blue eyes. he was a ladies man, that's the truth. when he was born, moon was a stray. he left his family at the young age of ten moons, after being attacked by his biological father. he linked up with a couple - cherry and garnet - after two months of searching for a place to settle down. now fourteen moons, cherry and garnet believed moon still needed protecting and let him stay with them. cherry and garnet had many friends all over, there was lily, sun and fern for example. they were good friends that often helped cherry and garnet were in need. now that cherry and garnet had a young cat to look after, everyone grew closer. this was the beginning of cherryclan.

cherryclan resides in the beautiful countryside of japan. long ago a family abandoned their farm, leaving behind a huge cherry blossom tree orchard. ferns and beautiful flowers overtook the orchard, turning it into a wild nest of wonder and life. the orchard was decided large enough for a clan when the first few members of cherryclan stumbled upon the place. the northern border is a hardly used, cracked thunderpath. eastern border is a shallow but fast paced river. the southern border is the border of rocks, an odd, towering boulder covers the border [it's a twoleg fence from years ago]. the western border is the end of the orchard which leads to a vast moorland. the owl tree is a tall, out-of-place oak tree where an owl resides. the owl barely ever harms the clan, so they tend to leave it alone. the star pool is a small pool towards the north-western border corner. it's where the medicine cat and their apprentice goes every half moon.

the camp is in the center of the territory. it is a dip in the ground surrounded by ferns and thorny brambles for protection. the inside of the camp is sweet-smelling. the ground is grassy, which offers a comfortable resting spot on lazier days. the entrance is a short tunnel that is met with sunlight. the camp is the only clearing in the territory, so the opening in the pink and white canopy of the cherry blossom trees is a welcome one - until it rains. the first den is the leaders den, which is a boulder with a crack down the middle. the crack leads into the small but roomy den. there is a small ledge on the outside of the boulder that leads up to the top of it, where the leader makes announcements. there's a den across from it made out of pieces from bramble bushes and ferns, this is the warriors den. the apprentices den sits right next to it, made out of the same material just smaller. back across the camp next to the leaders den is the
