Lucilion stepped out from the trees that surrounded the extended road, using it as a passage to bring him to the abandoned city. It would be a bit confusing due to the other buildings and landmarks, such as the abandonded courthouse, because of the greenery that had over-thrown them completely. This made the buildings unreachable, but one could definitely tell that a building was present. He smiled when a familar scent had hit his nose, a scent that not only carried popcorn and alcohol, but blood and past violence. It didn't take long before he was surrounded by tall buildings, department stores and supermarkets. He continued to walk straight down the road toward a tall, overseeing building that lay a forecasted shadow upon all else, the casino. Red frilly damask wallpaper lined the walls, trimmed with a golden frame and decorated with festive lights and a large neon sign that read 'Bar,' all of this was abandoned in the city he called home. The carpet was a dark shade of gray, which matched most of the black furniture, for example; the couch, the barstools and the tables. He looked around, admiring the beauty of the place; eyeing the golden chandelier that hung from the center of the ceiling and then the pool table in the center of the room. There were many rooms in the palace-size Casino, but his favorite was located in one of the back left rooms, which had been nearly destroyed due to mother nature striking yet again. All other rooms, besides this one and the ones upstairs, were covered in gray wallpaper and filled with game machines. His paws carried him to his favorite place as he explored the casino he'd missed ever so dearly, just to be sure that things were still as he had left them. A huge crack in the ceiling that would allow sunlight to pass through and onto the rubbish that loitered the ground, an empty room within the casino. He smiled as the sunlight touched his fur, climbing onto the flat surface that the mountain of drywall had created. That's right, not only was the ceiling half-caved in, but the walls were also breaking and peeling away. This was his favorite place to rest for the night, way back when he was kitten. He was unsure if he'd continue to rest here, however, as things had changed entirely way too much. He wondered if the upstairs had changed and before you knew it, he was running up the golden-railed stairs. Alcohol was parked in wine-holders, which lined the very first wall you'd see coming up. It was a distant memory, but he marked it as was. He turned and headed toward another staircase, assuming that the two doors beside the little wine-racks were merely just storage/pantry rooms. He'd only been on the third floor once, which had at the time been a long hallway with many bedrooms. He then remembered that not much would change here, due to the fact that they didn't possess the strength to move the entities. He sat down on a red rug that extended all the way down the hallway, sighing as he shook his head. Home hadn't changed one bit, which was satisfying to say the least.
{Note; This is a oneshot where Lucilion is making sure things are still where they used to be, as he is concerned about things being too different. Also, the city is what I would imagine to be like the following;
