  • [justify]True Name: Da'aem Asllund Finch

Name: Finch or Finn. Finch is more of a nick name that only her close friends use

    Appearances:

    Stag Form

Other Forms: Finn can take the appearance of a white stag, a rare creature that was thought to be practically extinct in the Nevernever due to over hunting. The last known one was killed by a certain trio during a long time period of peace between the Summer and Winter courts before the Iron court came into existence. (Hint Hint, Karma lol) It is known that there is a single Stag left but know one knows where it's hiding

Personality: Finn is a kind person for a former Winter Sidhe, who usually have icy personalities. She is wise and tends to think things through before rushing in. But that isn't to say she is without flaw. Despite being kind, she has a fairly short fuse and can lose her temper quiet easily if riled up, and is able to hold a grudge for a very long time. She has a fondness for cats and men who like reading though :)

Court: Summer. She has a deal with the summer royalty that allows her to stay with them

Rank: I guess you can consider her part of the nobility

Crush: Just waiting for the right person to come along...

Other: Please accept me. Also, Finn is a character I used in a different thread. Her being the only stag left is just a bit of back story to try and make her slightly interesting lol sorry if its a bit much

  • OOC: I have my girl on her way as well. Let's get going, shall we?

It was cold and dark. If anything, that was what the Winter Court felt like. It wasn't anything new for Aden; he spent the majority of his life wandering over the borders between the courts. He was one of few summer nobles who had successfully been to all four corners of the nevernever without getting caught, or killed in the process. It was a hobby of his; perhaps he was a thrill seeker, a spy, or simply too crazy to see reason, but no arguments against his choice of lifestyle could sway him. Tonight, however, Aden wasn't out searching for his next adventure; he was out to start a war. The message had arrived on a summer breeze, there was a new age coming. The new age would be run by oldbloods, as there were those like him who felt strongly that the Iron and Autumn courts were sapping the pure energy out of the wyldewood. They were an abomination. Those who were driven to destroy these courts were called to a meeting in the quietest cranny of the winter court, and Aden was determined to be apart of this new order.
    (Sorry guys, I suck.)

  • The Rp starts out with a small group planning a war, so it'd probably be easier if she was? but at the same time she's an Iron Fey, so it's up to you

  • Mab is still queen, I don't want to change the lore of the books too much, plus Mab wouldn't likely ever give up the throne

also it's up to you honestly, probably easier to have her be Winter? but it doesn't matter too much

  • Elise groaned as she felt another tremor go through her body. The cold winter's breeze brushing against her fair skin. This Iron Fey may not have emotions but she definitely still felt temperatures, and this courts temperature was down right freezing. It was to be expected all things considered. She was in the Winter courts Territory. The icy landscape and constantly snowy sky was a constant reminder that Elise was not welcomed nor wanted here. This part of the Never Never forbidden to her.

Elise took another step forward. Increasing her speed as she headed deeper into the hoarfrost covered Winter fey's home. Ice came to long sharp points and sprouted from the ground. Take one miss step, one tumble and you would impale yourself among the many ice needles. The deeper you got the more Penitents there were, the ice becoming thicker, sharper, colder. There was no eye of the storm here, no safe area in the center. The further you got into this particularly part of the Wyld the more likely you were to freeze to death or be killed by one of the many dangers, animal wise or ice daggers.

Elise was cut off of her train of thought when a piercing pain shot into her leg. A numbing feeling quickly associated with it. Elise felt the warmth of her own blood as her eyes shot down ward. Crimson dropped onto the white forest floor from a wound on her foot. She had been in a hurry and had been clumsy. Her price? A ice thorn through the bottom of her foot.

This was truly a sign if nothing else that she was not in familiar territory, that she was no longer in the safety of her home.

Being a formally winter that had been in the hot summer for so long, Finn was very happy to be in the freezing cold snow. Her slender legs and cloven hooves sank deep into the snow banks as she made her way through the snow covered pines. The cold winds tossed her fur around, blowing the bare branched above her around. It was a very peaceful place, this grove. One of the only calm places that Finn knew of. The winter court had always been the most hellish of realms. But that was until the Iron and Autumn realms came into existence. A court of iron abominations and a court that was created by two faeries from the original two courts who broke the old law and fell in love. She hated it. Finn hated all of it.

A few days before now, Finn had caught wind of a rumor that there was someone looking to start a war and even though she preferred to stay a silent party watching from the side lines, Finn had had enough. It was bad enough with the Iron Court around but now? The tension was high in the summer court and she couldn't stand the feeling.

  • Kian stood deep within one of the woods that sat in the Winter Court territory, his slate-gray eyes studying each bough of the bare tree intently, his breath billowing into the biting air, the cold that didn't touch him. He had started the whispers carefully, at the lowest part of the social ladder he could manage, making it seem like it had never even been his idea in the first place, and he had watched in disgusted satisfaction as the idiot redcap had taken the bait like it was the flesh it desperately craved. He watched in disgust the next day as that same redcap was bright before the queen and killed without even a blink from the fey that surrounded it. And Kian felt no pity. It had served its purpose, and its life had never meant anything in the long run anyway. The fire caught and spread, and before long, he knew his message had made its way to the far corners of the NeverNever. And now he waited. He knew they would come, his followers, those who would rid the disgraceful presence of the Iron and damned Autumn Courts, two of the biggest jokes to the Fey he had ever heard. Both ruled by dissenters, dirty halfbloods, and both had stolen from the Winter Court. An unforgivable digression. They would be annihilated, one by one, piece by piece until nothing was left of their filth warped and mutated lives. His fist slammed against a tree, immediately sending a shockwave of frost through the trunk, freezing it solid. His head turned, hearing the approach of another, and a animalistic grin appeared upon his face. "State your purpose, be a might shame to kill ya before ya had a chance ta prove yerself." his heavily scottish accented voice rang out authoritatively.

  • OOC: It's open for anyone! That was the point of not naming a singular character, because I didn't want to make it a closed response

ooc: oh lol okay also sorry its so short. it's late and I'm doing homework

Through the trees an almost completely white creature was staring at him, Finn's antlers seeming to reach up to try and grab the branches above her. Her breath hung in the air as a see able mist as she breathed. He wouldn't have been able to tell, but she was frozen in fear under the calm exterior that she wore. She had never been so close to another faery in this form, and she wasn't quite sure what to do.
