the only snakes and ladders I've had was the little kids version with the slides and such that had the bad decision to the good decision and so on and so forth
buuuuut
I did play it a few days ago at the library with some friends
and I hate the stupid slides/snakes that you have to go down
I was about to win
but I had to go all the way down back to the beginning
AND UGH
I would change it so that you just had to go back however many spaces you had instead of moving all the way down? That way it would be like a re-do when it got to your turn, and not a complete game changer -

Each player puts their counter on the space that says 'start here'.
Take it in turns to roll the dice. Move your counter forward the number of spaces shown on the dice.
If your counter lands at the bottom of a ladder, you can move up to the top of the ladder.
If your counter lands on the head of a snake, you must slide down to the bottom of the snake.
The first player to get to the space that says 'home' is the winner.and omg chess is my life too XD@plaqq - hmm, i see. this time, however, instead of one dice, my assignments talking about two dice
i should've added that whoops -

such as adding two dice to the game, what would that change and how we would want it to change the game?
