    The ability to create and manipulate ice. The power usually doesn't come out unless Ian is emotionally moved such as when he gets angry the room drops a level and his breath comes more like frost. The other way around is during sadness his touch becomes cold and when he touches thing a frost slowly appears, but he would have to be touching the flat surface for a long while
