  • OOC: Yaaaaasssss!!! Hello! Alright, I shall begin if you are prepared! We'll start with him just arriving at the farm for the first time. Umm, hang on and I will find some pictures of the house, barn, farm, etc.

  • OOC: Okay

    Any questions?
    IC:
Airiana is spending her day in the barn with her clients horses when she hears the crunch of tires on gravel and the rattle of a trailer. She peers around the corner of the barn for a moment to spot the unfamiliar truck and trailer before she disappears once more. Andrew Begley walks out onto the porch, a hand on his hip and a smile on his lips as he waits for Chase to park his truck.

  • OOC: Nope! Let's get this party started :D

After parking his aging black Chevy, Chase took a moment to gaze at his new workshop. A beautiful house surrounded by trees and flowers, a classic red barn, and miles of meadow greeted his approving eyes. Unable to stop the smile that rose on his face, the young man slipped out of his truck. Catching sight of a man eying him from the porch, Chase gave a friendly wave and began heading towards the man. "Are you Mr. Begley?" Chase asked, striding towards the man.

  • OOC: Hoot!
    IC:
Andrew nods, holding his hand out to greet the young man, "I am, which must mean that you are Chase Crawford," He says with a kind smile, giving the young man a firm handshake before releasing his hand.

  • "You'd be correct." Chase agreed with a short nod. "Chase Crawford, at your service." He chuckled, giving a slight bow. He put his hands on his hips and turned to gaze once more across the pretty little ranch he'd be working on. The boy waited for Mr. Begley to give him further instructions.

  • The older gentleman nods towards Chase's truck, "Got a horse? We have an empty stall just for 'em if you want to go and put him up, then I'm sure that Airiana would be happy to show you to your room and the rest can be explained after dinner if you like, give you some time to settle in." He offers to Chase. By this time, Airiana was waiting, leaning against the frame of the barn entrance, waiting for word to unload the horse from the trailer.

  • Chase's eyes flicked over to Airiana, who looked pretty if not a little conceited, leaning against the frame. He gave her a half-smile of greeting before forcing his attention back to her father. "Sounds like a plan to me." He agreed. "And yes, I do have a horse whom I'm sure is just itching to get out of that trailer. Thanks for your hospitality, Mr. Begley." The boy said before turning and heading towards his trailer. He could Beau kicking anxiously at the trailer gates, eager to get out and explore the new terrain.

  • Airiana drags a hand through her blonde, loose curls, watching Chase for a moment before she straightens up, hooking her thumbs on the belt loops of her jeans, listening to the horse shift around in the trailer, ready to get out.

  • "Easy there, boy..." Chase spoke softly, his hands expertly opening the locks on the trailer door. As the door swung open, squeaking on its hinges, the light gray gelding gave an eager whinny of rejoice. "Hey, Beau. Welcome to your new home." Chase told his horse merrily. He lead the gelding out, taking care to shut the trailer afterward. Then, he started heading towards where Airiana was standing. "So you're the famous horse whisperer." Chase greeted her, bowing his head in respect. His lips pulled into a white smile.

  • Airiana cracks a bright smile, rolling her eyes, "I hate that title. You must be the newbie," She says, holding her hand out to shake hands with him, "I'm Airiana," She says, introducing herself to the young man whom her father had hired mostly to assist her.

  • Chase laughed, accepting her handshake. "Don't. It's a great title. I think i'm just known as "another farmhand", so I think being known as "the horse whisperer" is pretty darn neat." He complemented. Absently resting his hand on Beau's strong neck, Chase looked over Airiana. She was no doubt pretty, with medium-length dirty blonde hair that fell softly around her well-shaped face. "So, where exactly are the stables at?" He asked, gently stroking Beau's glossy pelt.

  • Airiana laughs softly with a smile, "There's nothing wrong with beigh a farmhand here." She notes softly. She notes him noting and she takes the opportunity while he is distracted. She smirks to herself, *Of course he is handsome,* she thinks to herself, wishing to kick her dads butt right about now. "This is the barn. What is his name?" She asks him, turning to show Chase where he would stable his horse.

  • OOC: Sorry! End of level testing has really been getting at me and i haven't been able to get on...

Chase locked eyes with the girl for a moment before she continued her tour. Geez. Didn't know I'd be working with such a pretty cowgirl. He chuckled internally, earnestly surprised. He followed her into the barn. "His name's Beau." He responded to her question, patting the light gray horse on his satiny neck. "He's pretty young, but he's a good horse."

  • OOC: No worries! You got on when I was on vacation, so I apologize for my lack of internet presence lol
    IC:
Airiana looks over at Beau, breaking the gaze between her and Chase, "It's a pleasure to meet you Beau," She says with a playful smile before letting the gelding smell her hands. Once he is finished, she motions for Chase to lead his horse down the aisle, "There is an empty stall down here for him, I put my well-behaved patients around him, so there shouldn't be any problems with behavior." She tells him, opening the vacant stall door for him to lead the grey in.
