It hadn't taken long for Beverly to begin exploring the small village that she now called home. It may be small, but hey, she was small too and there was certainly a lot about her that was awesome. By that logic, there would be awesome stuff in the village, as well.
It didn't take long for the small feline to discover something that she deemed as such: a library. When she entered the building, it was as though she had stepped into a dream; books, shelves stuffed with them, were as far as the excited, green-tinted eyes of a child could see. Never before had she seen so many of the knowledge-packed items in one location. Rather, she had only gotten a hold of a few in her short lifetime, but she had studied them vigorously. Indeed, she could recite the entire story of Peter Cottontail by heart after having read it 7 times a day for about two weeks as a (younger) kid. But now- she could read new books whenever she wanted.
And so the girl went to work ripping books off of shelves and stacking them around herself in a corner of the building, away from the books so as not to obstruct her path to the glorious knowledge pods. Soon, it was like a kitten-sized house had encapsuled her, with books forming walls and a ceiling as she read a book labeled A Beginner's Guide to Biology: For the Curious Young Mind inside of her unintentional book fort.
