In the year 2163, Russian terrorists bombed America, managing completely destroy most of the East Coast, including all of Washington D.C. Most of our political leaders were killed in the bombing. Without a government to lead them, America fell into anarchy. Most of America were to panicked to do anything about it for years. Everyone was terrified that the Russians would return... But they didn't. In 2169, a group of soldiers and some of the remaining political leaders began to form. They began to plan how to put America back together. They were semi-successful... The managed to reform an army to make the citizens feel safe. Then they started cleaning up the East coast. But this seemed to be exactly what the Russians wanted... Knock the enemy down, but let them get back up before finishing them off. About a year after Americans started working on fixing everything, the Russians attacked again, this time with an army instead of bombs. At the safe time, they began attacking areas around them. It soon became World War III. And we were losing.

In a desperate attempt to win the war, scientists from many countries got together and started an experiment on animals. They took injured animals off the streets and gave them new limbs or whatever they needed, while at the same time, they put a special chemical, which had been in development by the American government for years before the war, into their blood, attempting to give them special abilities. These animals became known simply as 'The Experiments'. Most of the animals died, but there were a few groups that survived the tests. Some of them were actually successful, though most of the survivors came out with dysfunctional or only half-working powers. And some of them... Some of the them went insane. Well, that's what the scientists thought at the time. They would attack anything and everyone they say, animal or human. The scientists locked them away. It wasn't until one of the facilities was discovered and attacked by Russians that the scientists realized that the animals hadn't gone crazy, but their commands had been messed up in the tests. Instead of attacking Russians, they were working for them.

The scientists started sorting the Experiments into smaller groups. The successful tests were given the title The Saviors and were sent into the battle. The failed tests were called The Abandoned and were locked away. The traitors were named The Killers and were also locked away or executed. Though, the Russians did break into facilities and free them quite often.

The war raged on for years and years. By 2198, there were more animals fighting then their were humans. By 2234, almost no humans remained. The remaining humans were hiding away. All the animals had been released, though there were less then a hundred of each group left.

The animals had been around humans and had been controlled by them for so long that they began to develop human-like personalities. By the time the war ended, they complete understood human culture and tended to use some of the human's ideas in their own lives.

Now that both sides had fallen, they seemed to return to almost normal lives. Almost. Instead of dividing off by species, they divided into their groups. The groups still fought, but not constantly like before. Over times, the groups developed enough to work with their own ranking system of sorts. Each group now has it's own belief and it's own spirit world.

Each animal has 3 letters a 2 numbers in there name. The first two letters stand for something. In DBX07 the DB stand for Death Bringer. The X stands for experiment, and the numbers stand for which creation she is, so there are at least 6 other animals with DBX at the beginning. She is the only known living of her type. They also get a nickname, like Scarlet. Any questions? Just ask.

9. I reserve the right to deny anyone's form if I believe it does not follow the rules. If you argue, I will ban you.
10. Even though this is SYFY, keep it realistic. There are no aliens or supernatural powers. This is simply futuristic science.
11. Make your power believable. There are certain powers that I will not allow because even science could not give anyone such powers. For example, I will not except shape shifting, unless you come up with a very advanced scientific explanation that will convince me it could be possible.

History:
When she was three years old, Scarlet was taken from her home by the scientists. At the time, she had lost a leg and an eye. The scientists replaced them before doing tests on her. She seemed like the perfect specimen to test the Death Bringer Experiment on for the final time. The tests failed again, but unlike the other six, Scarlet actually survived. They watched her closely, keeping her on constant surveillance to track her actions. At first, they thought she had gone rouge like The Killers. She was acting completely crazy. She attacked everything and would often be found either pacing around in circles or clawing at the walls of her cage. It turned out, these symptoms were a malfunction in her powerse, but not one that turned her against them.. It simply... Drove her insane. She almost constantly heard a ticking noise in her ear, which caused this development. When the scientists figured this out, they managed to semi fix it, but even now the ticking will still start up again sometimes and she's start acting very strange and sometimes violent. To warn other scientists of this, the scientists burned a skull symbol into her shoulder, which she has to this day, along with the star representing her leadership.

When she escaped with the others towards the end of the war, she quickly found the group known as The Abandoned, and it took only weeks for her to become leader. She has been leader ever since.

Personality:
Glacis is rather cold, both literally and not. He shows no mercy to anyone he fights, not even a child. He doesn't take no for an answer often and only listen to those who are older and/or more experience than her is. Sure, he does have one soft spot that no one really knows about but he hids it very well. He always wears a straight face and is hardly ever thinking positive. Joking around him is a huge no, no, you may get hurt if you don't stop when he tells you, if you are lucky that he tells you anyways. Glacis loves spending time alone for the most part but understands that in battle, you can't work alone.
Mina is the opposite. She has a mind of a child, always running around doing whatever she wants. If anyone can tick Glacis off with one movement, it's her. She is hyper and has tons of energy to spare. It may not seem like it but she is pretty good a her job. Mina is rarely sad, if she is, then something bad just happened that even the stupidest, most happiest, hyper girl can tell.

Glacis was terrified at what the humans did and tried to fight back, which was the real cause of his brother death. Ever since, he turn cold and survived the expirement. One day, he hopes to get revenge for his brother.

Appearance:
He is a white tiger, and has razor sharp wings, and fanged lip implants. His markings are more marbled than tiger-like. He is a runt, but yet, still big, and his wings are extremely large.
Personality:
He is a stubborn, bossy feline, and barely has any regrets. Ever since he became an experiment, he turned bloodthirsty and power hungry. He does care for his group though, but his punishments are very severe, most usually the cutting of a limb, or death. Luckily, he does not torture, and only kills with speed. He is reasonable, if he can be persuaded and convinced. However, this is how he acts when in public, but he remembers a few parts of his early life, and when he is by himself, he weeps for what he had become, which is his only regret.
Strengths:
He is a tiger, and therefore he is muscular and strong. His feathers grant him blades, and his fanged lip is used to draw blood. He likes the heat of battles, and usually kill enemies whenever possible.
Weaknesses:
'Death' has a soft spot for his family, and will never kill any of them, and revenge will blind him, that he only seeks death to whoever hurt someone he approves of. He doesn't care about his injuries, and may most likely die because of them.
History:
He was born without a name, and labeled DAX for Death Angel Experiment, and 01, because his experiment was made last minute in hopes of being a Savior, and because more DAX's would be too dangerous. His early life was being born in the wild, raised and being treated like a deity because of his unusual markings. He would train and be the best, always helped, and only killed when he had to, even for prey. He was captured and taken away when he was 3 years, and experimented on. He became a Killer, and was locked away. 'Death' remembers his life in the past, and regrets that he became a murder machine because of humans.

Personality:
Eliza is quite confident in herself and others, often encouraging fellow members of The Abandoned when they feel unsure of themselves. While not fearless by any means, she tries to be courageous for herself and her group. She usually doesn't attempt to hide her emotions, choosing to openly express herself instead. She can be rather flirtatious with the right people, but would rarely act on it.

Strengths:
Eliza is good at remembering things, thus she took to healing pretty quickly. This lioness is very good at navigating and can easily find her way even with simple directions.

Weaknesses:
She sometimes challenges authority, although she respects her leader and their assistant, she thinks that as a Doctor (trainee, for now) her opinion should matter as well. Eliza has asthma, so she cannot run for very long at all or be near strong scents such as smoke without coughing and choking. Sometimes she needs to just seperate herself from others and think for a while to clear her head, as she can't always think clearly in stressful situations. Closed spaces remind her of when she was nearly locked away, so she is claustrophobic.

History:
The first of the SIX series, her name stands for Shadow Interrogator due to what her powers would've been used for. When she was 3 months old and the scientists discovered that her powers didn't work correctly, they were about to lock her away when she panicked, afraid that she would never leave. Fearing confinement, the lioness used what powers she had to merge with the shadows and and escape from. She was able to escape safely and lived on her own for a month before finding The Abandoned, choosing to live among them.

BPE02 agreed and woke up with the power to control the wind. The scientists realised and attempted to abort her mission. This partially failed, only managing to erase her original power and change her newly gained one. Now, it is mostly emotion controlled, blowing anyone away who she hates and surrounding those she loves in a warm breeze. When she does control it with her mind, it has a limit and she can only travel a short way by air. The emotion control is rather extreme as she had a most varied personality in the first place.

Personality:Callie is usually a kind soul, polite and civil. But when she feels any strong emotion, you will know. As if the various winds around her is not enough, her eyes are like a window to her soul. She can change from happy to furious to miserable in less than fifteen minutes.

Strengths:her powers, being a peacemaker, doesn't hold a grudge, very good at blending in.

Appearance: Hook is small and lean. His tail is made up of sharp metal barbs, and under the fur on his paws they are all four robotic. His fur is a mixture of russet and grey. Hook has orange, fiery eyes and a thin muzzle.

Personality: Hook is very... Brutish. He takes pleasure in killing; yet only does so when he believes it will benefit his group in any way. He is drawn to power, and is very persuasive. One thing is sure, though: Hook can hold a grudge.

Strengths: His claws are useful for torture, his tail for beatings, and his strong jaw for quick kills.

Weaknesses: He is blind in one eye, cannot swim due to robotic parts, and has to be watchful that he doesn't tread on his tail.

History: DJX02 was the second and last of his kind. The first was a small female falcon, who scratched herself and was killed from the venom. Appearance: Ace is stocky, with a broad face and shoulders. Her black fur just barely reveals greyish spots, and still only so in the light. While some might cal her looks beautiful; others simply call them intimidating. Her dull orange eyes appear to look straight into your soul.

Personality: Ace kills for fun. She tortures and chases her victims, tossing them around like limp prey. She holds quite the temper, and snaps like that. A few of her unlucky victims find their teeth hanging around her throat.

Strengths: Strong, intimidating, ruthless

Weaknesses: Rude, unfriendly, merciless

History: Ace arrived at the lab as a young cub. She was used as a last resort; the war was being lost and salvation was needed. She was their 'ace' card, their secret weapon... It backfired. Whatever water he touches becomes ice at will, and during the winter he can make it snow no farther than a mile radius from his pinpoint location. Downside: While he can still make ice during the hotter months, it melts quickly and breaks easily. He cannot make it snow during summer and autumn, and using his ice element is harder on his body. His high pain tolerance due to his icy skin also does not make it easy for him to tell when he is losing too much blood or suffered what could be a serious injury, which has its own set of health hazards

Personality:
Known to be proud, cold, merciless and tenacious during battle, and hardly willing to take orders from another he deems undeserving of his respect. Ambitious, he won't easily change his decisions and will strive to obtain whatever he so desires, whether he has to play dirty or not. If he wants someone dead, he'll go to frightening lengths to make their lives miserable and agonizing until he accomplishes his task. Manipulative, he can lace words of deceit with false honesty cunningly well to convince most anyone of whatever he wishes. When it comes to ladies, he views them as trinkets and playthings to be used and taken, though he might lend his rare respects to any woman with certain air about her.... A beast with selfish and cruel desires, his almost charming and divine appearance couldn't be more misleading.

Glacis is rather cold, both literally and not. He shows no mercy to anyone he fights, not even a child. He doesn't take no for an answer often and only listen to those who are older and/or more experience than her is. Sure, he does have one soft spot that no one really knows about but he hids it very well. He always wears a straight face and is hardly ever thinking positive. Joking around him is a huge no, no, you may get hurt if you don't stop when he tells you, if you are lucky that he tells you anyways. Glacis loves spending time alone for the most part but understands that in battle, you can't work alone.
Mina is the opposite. She has a mind of a child, always running around doing whatever she wants. If anyone can tick Glacis off with one movement, it's her. She is hyper and has tons of energy to spare. It may not seem like it but she is pretty good a her job. Mina is rarely sad, if she is, then something bad just happened that even the stupidest, most happiest, hyper girl can tell.

One day, he hopes to get revenge for his brother.

Power: No power but is able to fly with the mechanical wings on her back.

Appearance:(WIPHer backside is replaced and has an additional mechanical wings build into it. front right leg is mechanical too having to remove it so they could place the wiring and controls in it so she is able to fly.

Personality: Has two sides to her but usually portrays a friendly and tolerable personality unless someone is to push her to a snapping point. Where she will speak her mind and show them a piece of what she can do to put them in their place.She isn't often outgoing but it's shy either. She can be a bit naive at times even though she makes up with her skills and bravery. Overall her personality varies depending on her mood liking to evaluate others before for responding to them. So you'll either end up on her good side or not so much, in which case she can become quite terrifying.

Strengths: She's a quick learner and quite skillful in fighting especially with the advantage of her wings. She also has sensitive hearing and a great at strategizing and organizing plans. but her strengths can sometimes correspond with her weakness which can make things difficult.

Weaknesses: She has an urge to help others. Even though it seems beneficial it can be dangerous in battle wanting to help everyone knowing she cant. She also lacks her memories of her past which sometimes leaves her having troubles decision making thinking it wouldn't be something the real her would have chosen. She also has a fault that she doesn't talk about even though she knows it'll catch up with her eventually if she's not careful. The metal part of her leg was replaced so they could connect a remote to control the wings therefore if it's damaged she wont be able to fly anymore. Therefore, having a loose screw isn't helping her situation knowing she needs to be careful but cares more about other's than herself so she carries along with her daily life.

History:
Silver and her brother, Grey were both taken to become experiments for the Flight Rescuer Project. The goal of this experiment was to give larger creatures the ability to fly so that they would be able to fly in and save men and other animals when rescue planes, helicopters, boats, etc weren't available. It was really only a start though and since majority of this experiment was successful the goal and plans changed putting the animals to other uses that involved combat or spying. Silver was a success in the experiment though it was never voluntarily.

She and her brother lost their parents at a young age and were on their own until they were found and taken to an animal sanctuary for sometime. But it wasn't too long before the government started seeking out animals. Silver and her brother had been close but sadly Silver lost all memory of her past after the experiment the tests having an affect on her memory. All she knows was her mission and she carried it own serving for the government for sometime before things fell apart.

Though even after she joined up with the saviors, her curiosity about who she use to be always comes to mind. Along with questioning the dreams she occasionally has about things that seem so real, like some form of déjà vu.

You said no relationships between groups but would a brother/ sister relationship be accepted. Like if two of my characters were seperated during expirementation so they don't remember each other for one and they'll still be rivals but I was just wondering if you'd be okay with that.

Personality:
Nayru is a sweet and shy, never one to jump into a fight. She doesn't like to fight often but if it comes down to it, she will, espically for her friends and family. She is hard to get close too and will often try and stay near Kai, the only one she will ever talk to openly. If somehow, you get to know her, she is very loud and loves to talk. Nayru also loves to chase, anything, a ball, tail, a stick, a butterfly, you name, she will chase it.
Kai on the other hand is laid back and easy going. He tries to laugh off any situation and staying hopeful when all seems so lost is his secret skill. He is way too over protective of his sister and if you try to anything Kai will hunt you down. Other than that, he welcomes anyone.
