Elektra was a little bored, so she decided to go take a hike around the different biomes. When she reached near the border, where the sixth biome was, she glanced up at the mountinous terrain and smirked at the challenge. She pulled up her red bandana so it covered her mouth, just to protect her face from dirt and dust, and then launched herself up one of the steepest slopes.

The torbico carefully picked her way around the side, selecting strong hand and footholds. She was two-thirds the way up when she was about to shift her weight to the next hold, but her last foothold gave way beneath her and she slipped so that only her forepaws were hanging on, and keeping her from plummeting to her death.

"E-elektra?" was all the little serval could manage before he noticed her close call,"Hey! Careful! Be careful!" He cringed for a moment but she still held on. He knew her. Of course, he knew her. She was one of the stray babies that he and Lucien had decided to look after, which was awkward. He and Lucien were at least friends, perhaps, but not even close friends. They certainly weren't in love and nor where they married. They did live in the same house, but that was just a roommate situation and not anything more, unfortunately. Oww. It hurt his little heart to think about all that.

Well, he couldn't leave her hanging like that. Was she okay? She seemed much more adventurous then he'd ever expect and he wanted to follow her lead so badly but his five months old servaline body was pathetic. There was no way he'd be able to follow her up that steep slope, but he didn't know his own limits. Rushing over, he began to climb. His small female body was nimble and quick, but could barely support his own weight as he hoisted himself from foothold to foothold. "It's Frightfur, so you don't have to look down 'n check. Nice idea coming out here," he spoke loudly so the other feline may hear him. He wasn't lying about the choice of place. This biome was deserted from most people and he liked it for that. He hated being alone but, at the same time, he hated to be around everyone one of them.

Elektra glanced down all the same and laughed. "You didn't have to follow me," she huffed, before she glanced around for another foothold. She didn't find one, though, so she unsheathed her claws instead and tried to use those to dig into the tiniest of purchases.

Then, she heaved herself onto the next outcropping. Ah, the top was so close. "[color=red]Just don't expect me to rescue you if you get yourself in some trouble," she called back down. She wasn't a damsel in distress, but nor was she a damsel who helped those in distress. Besides, that would require her to go all the way back down, which was the opposite direction she wanted to go.

"[color=red]Just thought I could find some peace and quiet, and maybe get some training in," she added.

Fright widened his eyes. Tough love, wasn't it? "I don't think a long fall will kill me. This body on the other hand..." He didn't climb as fast as her and he wasn't near as determined to reach the top. Absentmindedly, he tried to follow the path she took. Which was fine so long as she didn't make any especially stupid choices. He then did the only thing one shouldn't do while climbing: look down. But what he saw down below wasn't so bad. It was Lucien. The current snow leopard looked stressed out in a very flustered way and Fright felt bad for he and Elektra to be making such a scene. If anyone asked, he'd make sure they knew that she had started it.

She only had one more length to go, but there weren't any proper areas to use, so she swung her legs until they were above her head, and then pushed off with her hands and landed back legs first onto the top.

The torbico scrambled back as she panted and laughed. "[color=red]Oh, the best things in life leave you breathless," she hooted as she tried to catch her breath. She then turned around and sighed. "[color=red]Oh, it's so beautiful up here," Elektra mewed. And it was -- she could see for miles.
