• [fancypost borderwidth=0px;]The cerulean blue sky stretched overhead, sun beaming down onto the land. It was still pretty early in the morning, and not everyone had awoken, but Kaden found himself wanting an adventure. Restlessness coursed through him and so he'd decided to leave the camp, for the first time in twenty four hours. The quaint little town was really quite nice, and he did love it there, but after a while it got boring. He'd wandered through the cobbled streets for what felt like hours, trying to memorise it, and he'd got it down packed pretty well. But there was so much more to this Clan, and Kaden felt wrong if he didn't venture out a little more.

At the current time, he was wandering through the rocky hillside, counting the colours as he climbed up the arid landscape and slipped down it. He'd been walking for about twenty minutes at this point, and the bottom of his paws were beginning to feel sore from stepping on so many sharp rocks. Sighing, he made his way to the top of a particularly tall mini-mountain-thing, and stared out across the area. A thin veil of white shrouded the land, allowing him to only look out at the land to a certain point. It was still a nice view, though.

Night would exhale, a blissful sigh resonating from his throat, as he sauntered over. He didn't happen to sleep, therefore, morning strolls were somewhat common for him. He was an insomniac, that was for sure, but it had gotten to the point when there was truly no reason to complain, or make a big deal out of it - he just sorta, lived with it now. That lack of sleep had become a part of him, it seemed, and that was just fine. That was how it was meant to be, it seemed. And hey, at least he was able to glimpse each hour of the day, right? From the constellations at night, to the breaking of dawn in the mornings.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px;]"It is," Kaden agreed, breath billowing out before him in an icy cloud. "This whole place is nice." By this he was referring to the entirely of ColouredClan. The territory stretched far out, bordered by thick trees and tall, thin, mountains. Hopefully they never moved. It had everything they wanted. Not to mention size, a nice walk, and good defenses.

"Hey, there," she said. The view is nice, I'll tell ya that."

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px;]She was - blind and pregnant, and she'd still made it this far? That was pretty darn impressive, if Kaden could say so himself. He restrained himself from rushing over to help her, fearing he'd appear rude. That kind of thing you get when you offer elderly seats on public transport and they start yelling at you because they refuse to admit that they're old. Not that Blindbabe was old, but she was slightly - or more than slightly - disadvantaged.

Kaden was about to agree before he realised that she was joking. Or at least, he hoped that she was joking, because she was blind and he had no idea in hell how she could see through no eyes. "Kinda cold, too." He noted.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=; border: 0px solid white; width: 440px; text-align: justify; height: auto; font-size: 8pt; line-height: 137%; margin-top: -5px;]"And you still decide to climb a freaking mountain this early in the morning. For the view." Andrew huffed, scrambling the last couple feet to reach the small group. (Again. Bad at interacting with the physical world.) "Only you, Kaden. And these two other crazy people." He was joking, of course. He would never be up here this early in the morning if he weren't actually looking for Kaden - and goddamn, even with the mystical shit like twin telepathy, his brother was hard to find.

Crazy. " Auresque announced, teleporting up. "I choose very much not to walk up. Not as if I need the excercise, anyway. My powers use a lot of energy, and so do those parasites known as children. "

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px; font-family:georgia; ]

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px;]"Exercise is a good thing." Kaden defended, pouting at Auresque and his twin. Kaden would have nudged him on the shoulder if he wasn't afraid that he'd push Andrew off the mountain; knowing Andrew, it was something the rather uncoordinated and restless shepherd would do. Andrew was clumsier than Kaden and that was saying something.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; bordercolor=transparent; width: 425px;]ღ ღ ღ-- Babe snorted. "Children aren't parasites, Miss Dragon. They're pretty pleasant when they're first born, actually." She smiled.

If he didn't, he would seriously tumble head over feet all the way back down the way he came. Realizing the threat was no longer there, he huffed and relaxed. "There's a time of day that isn't eight in the morning. Exercise then." He said, waving the matter off.

"When they're in your womb, they kinda kick, but that's about it. You do need to nourish them, though, but it's not harmful in any way. Sure, you throw up a bit..." She trailed off and gave her swollen belly an affectionate pat.

See, who cared how Trauma appeared from place to place. She sometimes did it possession style, other times she teleported. All there was to know was that she emerged from the bushes behind them, taking a seat and admiring the view.

The surface was so amazing. No screams of the damned, hot, humid air filled with rot...no barren grey never ending fields, where there was no sound but the wind screaming in your ears. Bleak. Shadows of the soon to be dead, gliding over the long grey grass.

No, this was bright and colorful, and filled with birdsong. The panther got a little to close to the edge of the hill, rocks rolling down under her paws. She backed up a bit with a thoughtful click of the tongue. "Being healthy is important. I'm not good at it. I'm starving."

She fell silent, not wanting to talk much about it , now that she thought about it. She shifted her gaze back to the others, the ones who where doing the talking.

"I am, sometimes. But being healthy is not as important as clans, or winning battles. After all, one can't be healthy if injured."
